A good hotel quality, very warm in the room despite the chilly night (for Portugal), everything new and fresh, friendly stuff at the reception, high-quality AC available.

The cleaners were very noisy while doing the cleaning every morning, because they were constantly speaking in very loud voices between themselves. Strangely, they don't understand that people in hotels can sleep during any time of the day or night. Were they really not explained how to behave during the cleaning? We came for the metal festival that ended late at night; and we did not have the chance to rest in the mornings because of the cleaners' loud voices.

Very friendly welcome. Very well provided with regular power and USB points. Dog friendly. The location is good - near the town centre and next to a riverside park. We found nearby free street parking

A little expensive, and I thought 20 euros a day for one small dog was rather a lot. I appreciate that extra care is needed with cleaning and laundry, but the regulations state that rooms will not be cleaned during the stay, so I think 80 euros in total for a 4 day stay was a bit steep.

The hotel was well located to multiple tourist locations. Had good facilities. There were 27/7 free flowing non-alcoholic beverages . Clean rooms. Breakfast was good but could improve in the hot preparations.

The only thing I was hoping is there is more selection in salads for breakfast. Also the chef needs to make a better egg preparation for the breakfast buffet. The fruits at the buffet were looking like someone could save them mostly beaten and bruised. Rest was the standard buffet.

Free Parking behind the hotel.

Finding the hotel was not easy, even with GPS! It would be a big help if the hotel logo/signage was put on the highest part of the building enabling new visitors to the city to spot the hotel they are looking for. The current,rather small, sign just by the front entrance is not sufficient imo. The hotel should also have a luggage trolley for customers to use when they need to move luggage to and from the hotel’s car park. The bedrooms are not sufficiently sound-proofed!

Breakfast was great. Lots of variety and fresh produce. The location was exactly what we needed, despite having a bit of trouble with parking. We had to circle the neighbourhood a few times to find a space.

The mattress was a little bumpy and the pillows a bit to firm and tall for my personal liking, but other than that, everything was good. I loved the fact that the hotel uses brand-name shower products.

quiet hotel, rooms are comfortable. The lounge is great for having free teas and coffees all day long.

Parking is not free and you have to pay for it, plus it is limited for number of cars that can be parked there. Rooms are very expensive compared to such a hotel.

Great location and good value! The breakfast service was good with great options and value.

The room is a bit small with very limited storage or surface area. So for two people it felt cramped. The elevators were not operational for a portion of our stay which was very inconvenient for luggage and coming in and out.

Well located hotel, a short walk to the town center. The room and the bathroom were spacious. Nice, big shower. Mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle available. We found the bed and the pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Free coffee available all day.

location was central, but noisy traffic during the night- pleasant twin room with the joy of a bath for weary pilgrims ( but no stopper so we improvised) ! no complimentary water or snack and staff were pleasant but matter of fact !

very comfortable new hotel with good location near the Eiffel bridge and Marina. clean and modern room, friendly staff, free parking. free water and hot drinks during the day. reasonable price. optimal option for regular tourists and pilgrims.
