Amazing location with even better staff. The room was large and comfortable. Good WiFi and very well located to two different regional bus lines. They also gave us a bus pass which helped cut down the logistical stress of navigating a new area.

It was dated, but comfortable. Some updates could be made.

The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was fine. In the evenings we had cocktails at the bar. We loved that. The breakfast was also good. Loads of different yoghurts and toppings, eggs and other food options. We didn't use the pool. It looked fine but wasn't very attractive to us. The location is amazing. Ortisei is a beautiful city and you can drive to so many beautiful destinations.

The room was a bit small. The balcony didn't seem very well maintained so we unfortunately didn't use it. The coffee/cappuccino that came with the breakfast wasn't good.

It's an older property, but comfortable and well located. The views are amazing. Breakfast was very good. Very large room and bathroom. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Large windows in the room.

I wish there weren't time constraints as to when we are allowed to check-in. This information was also confusing, since the website mentions 8:30 PM, but we got an e-mail saying it was only until 6:00 PM. Parking was kind of awkward as well, down a hill and with limited space.

The location is perfect for exploring Seceda. They offer a week pass to ride buses all over South Tyrol. Staff is kind and helpful.

When we arrived the front desk person didn’t give us the bus tickets, we had to ask for them. They don’t offer much information about hiking trails, to get better information it was necessary to go to the tourist information center.

The hotel offers a surprisingly wide range of services including sauna, swimming pool and bar. The staff is very friendly and willing to help, special mention to Rita - great service and availability.

Facilities are underinvested (steam sauna, balcony).

The breakfast was great in the morning and the location was just outside of the Ortisei downtown. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel and they gave us bus tickets so it was perfect for getting around. We had two rooms and they were connecting with wonderful views.

The only thing to keep in mind is that depending on how you approach the hotel there is a little hill so it's tiring to walk up with bags.

A little away from town, but I knew that. Easy enough to walk or catch bus.

The room was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The internet worked great and the breakfast was very nice. Location is good for Seceda (Not walking distance - maybe a 4-5 minute drive)

The price was VERY steep - more than any other place we stayed in the Dolomites. The "outdoor pool" is a portable kids type pool - I wouldn't count on using it.

Breakfast was lovely with a wonderful selection. We loved the decor of the hotel, as we found it to be quite quirky and a bit of fun. We also enjoyed the bar area, being able to get a drink at the end of the day before bedtime was a treat! We especially loved talking to the lady (we think she was from Romania) who was in the dining area and the bar area. We loved talking to her and found her to be very helpful and very hospitable.

It was clean and spacious.

We were not informed that Sauna and pool was closed for maintenance so we came back early from our hiking to only find out it was closed. So it is better if guests can be informed during check-in. Somewhere it could be added as information i.e. sauna can be reached only after crossing the entry way of pool.
