These guys deserve a better rating than what's reflected. We were 2 couples and both had great rooms with no complaints. We had the 2 x queen size beds and the room was massive. AC and fridge and coffee nook. Even a dressing room next to the bathroom and for the first time too many rails and hooks to hang towels and jackets on. Very friendly service at the front desk. Good value considering the season and what neighboring establishments of similar star rating are charging.

the carpeting in the common areas could do with a revamp but other than this cannot complain for what it is and for the value paid.

The front desk staff were very nice. We booked a King Suite which must’ve been very luxurious when the hotel was built but sadly time has taken a toll. The Jacuzzi Tub was very stained, no way I’d even step in there…shower not inviting either. Receptacle Cover missing from one of the outlets, looked very dangerous and cover missing from the smoke alarm. The bed was pretty comfortable so we did get a good nites sleep. They provided Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwich’s and OJ boxes in paper bags to go in the lobby. They take your order when checking in, which was nice.

Bathtub/shower, missing receptacle/ cover, dirty sidewalks in front of the rooms.

The value of the property was increased because of the level of service I received. They are in the middle of a transition and I’m not sure I understand all of it, but I found the process to be as smooth as I would expect during active change.

The stairs to the second floor were broken on one end, so there was only access from one instead of two landings.

Size of the room was excellent. The bathroom was very well lit. We booked for 4 nights but had to leave early because of an emergency back home and they didn't argue about taking off one night.

The carpet in the hall needed cleaning. The lock assembly was loose on the patio door. The patio needed sweeping because it had leaves and cigarette butts all over it. I asked the man on duty when we checked in to have it swept and that never happened.

The staff were so helpful, They were courteous, and kind. We met different staff on Saturday and Sunday. All were equally helpful. Ahhh finally I've got a blue mark in my gauge below this box and I can stop!!

The lighting in my room was not adequate. There needs to be lighting near area where coffee and microwave are so people can see what they are doing

The staff, and we met 3 were all so helpful and courteous. In every way we were accommodated above and beyond my expectations.

The lighting near the coffee station in my room was less than adequate for an older person with vision issues.

Comfortable bed, quiet location, fast wifi, nice bathroom with large countertop and pleasant lighting. I requested and received a ground floor room.

I wish it had been easier to control the temperature in the room. The analog dial did not seem to work very well.

Room had a huge picture window and a small patio with chairs. Was nice to sit outside in the evening. The beds were the best sleep we had during the trip!

Breakfast was from a menu that had 4-5 basics like sausage/egg/cheese croissant, cereal, etc. Ok but not what was expected.

Room was reasonably comfortable. heater/air conditioner worked well with efficient operation and low noise. Jacuzzi tub worked great price was outstanding. Great location as a central base for area visiting.

The bed was less than comfortable.
