The hotel is located near a clinic where I had to do some treatments, therefore, for me it was the best solution logistically speaking. The room booked was super big (95square meters) and full of the comfort I was looking for (fridge, kettle, smart TV, strong WiFi). The Staff is absolutely amazing, from the people at reception, at the bar and the cleaning staff. Orcun took very good care of me and he provided me all the info and support I needed. There is a beautiful swimming pool at the center with a bar where you can enjoy great cappuccino and bites. The place is very peaceful and very closed to restaurants and groceries. The cherry on the top, for me, it has been the presence of lovely sweet cats who kept me great company.

Enormous apartment on two levels, big beds, decent shower (with, I guess, a hair and body wash dispenser but I couldn't see any labelling), fridge and kettle (but no cups or tea/coffee sachets). Less than an hour's walk from Bellapais (which is why I selected this place) and close to a large supermarket and a good, if pricey, restaurant called 'The Red Ribbon'. Excellent to have patio windows opening out onto the pool (but I chickened out of having a swim in an unheated pool in December.) Big telly with YouTube.

I thought there would be complimentary tea and coffee at reception, but I think that is just for show. Was directed to the poolside dining room for a slightly expensive cup of tea (but charmingly served.)

• air conditioner wasn’t working properly • room was very dirty: bathroom in general, windows, sofa, bedsheets & pillow cases + some items were broken (lamps & plugs) In general, we enjoyed our stay & would come back, but it needs some improvement.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Del Mare Park. As a newly established facility, it exuded an aura of freshness, evident in its recently refurbished amenities. The two-bedroom deluxe studio provided ample space, boasting a generous layout that facilitated a comfortable stay. The cleanliness and organization of the bedrooms were commendable, contributing positively to the overall experience. In essence, my time at Del Mare Park was characterized by satisfaction and contentment. The staff were very helpful and provided everything we needed. The price was also so affordable for that kind of facility. Free parking space and swimming pool were also a big plus. Location is awesome, close to everywhere. I definitely recommend it and will come again here to stay.

While my overall experience at Del Mare Park was positive, there are a few areas that warrant attention. Firstly, the bathroom, while not unclean, could benefit from enhanced cleanliness standards to further elevate guest satisfaction. Additionally, the delay in receiving adequately hot water was notable, detracting slightly from the convenience of the stay. While the facilities themselves are indeed newly established, there is room for improvement in terms of refurbishment to ensure optimal functionality and guest comfort. Nevertheless, these observations are minor in nature and do not overshadow the favorable aspects of the establishment.

I had a wonderful stay at Del Mare Park! Although my experience began with a slight hiccup when I had to cancel my initial reservation due to an unexpected situation and my deposit wasn't returned promptly, the issue was resolved smoothly when I rebooked. The manager orçun and staff were lovely. Once I arrived, I was truly impressed by the exceptional hospitality. My room was beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. The attention to detail and the warm service made my stay truly memorable..

I love Del Mar Park. It is a quiet and beautiful place to stay. It make me feel like I was in my own home. This is the place I will be staying when I am in Kyrenia. The Swimming pool was a plus in this hot weather and its open 24/7. The staff were friendly especially Ibrahim . The Manager is very professional, friendly and helpful. I have really good time there.

Nothing. There is not restaurant and breakfast is serve not at the moment but you have your kettle, mugs, sugar and fridge. You can order food or buy it within 5- 10 minutes walk on the main road.

I liked how spacious it was, the 24/7 pool and the general aesthetics of the place

I didn’t like that it didn’t have a proper kitchen area in the apartment and had cables and wires hanging around the apartment because it’s incomplete I suppose

The apartment complex itself and the pool are both gorgeous. It really feels like you’re in a small paradise! The staff are all so lovely and friendly, a huge bonus that the pool area is 24hrs! Only a 5 min drive or half hour walk to Kyrenia harbour. Once the bar area is finished it will be brilliant, however only a 5 min walk to a large supermarket across the road for drinks for the time being :)

In the room we stayed in there were some cut wires hanging from the ceiling/walls , however this didn’t affect our stay :)

The stuff is so kind, professional and helpful. It felt like home. Gorgeous swimming pool, nice apartment. As a solo traveler I really can recommend this for other solo travellers as well.

The only sad part of the accommodation was that the restaurant side wasn’t ready yet. Cause I had days that I didn’t want to go outside but for the time being they have an agreement with a great restaurant so you can still order.

I would especially like to thank Orçun Bey, Lorin Hanım and İbrahim Bey for their support. They really made us feel at home. They immediately supported our simplest questions and smallest requests without turning down the issue. I hope they will always continue to be a popular place.
