They were incredible and amazing, as we were staying there for our wedding ! The staff made sure my weekend was special and I hope they enjoyed the wedding cake ! They asked if I was doing good and made sure any additional guest who stayed from the wedding was comfortable!
I had no complaints, literally amazing staff and my stay was made unique by the staff.

- very polite and caring reception staff creates a positive feeling right from the check in time - modern and comfortable beds including the sofa bed - overall quite modern apartment, everything is in order - quiet rooms, haven’t heard any neighbors

All the Candlewoods we stayed at were nice. The staff smoothly handled a problem with modification from Booking.com (see below). Suite on 1st floor much appreciated by us and our small dog.
Not sure who was responsible, but a confirmed modification via Booking.com for an extra day was not transmitted to this Candlewood.

We have nothing bad to say about our stay. The staff went above and beyond to to make us feel welcome. Gave us a lot of options for places to eat that can not be found in our hometown. Our two dogs even got welcome treats for their stay at this hotel too. If you are traveling with dogs, a lot of open grass fields to take them for walks. Everything was clean, perfect and comfortable. The staff is what makes this hotel an enjoyable experience.

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. We wanted to stay close due to playing volleyball at the Louisville slugger Dome. This was close, and the room was so cute.
This is not something you could help, but the people next to us were extremely loud. It sounded like they were moving furniture, and they talked in very loud voices even though it was between the hours of 10:30 and midnight.
