We had a wonderful time and the staff made our stay wonderful. Since we were on a honeymoon, they made our stay even more special, giving us a very beautiful room and offering a delicious cake to celebrate with a very touching card. It was great to have a nice pool to cool down and we enjoyed have free bikes we could take for exploring the nearby area. The neighbourhood is quite and feels local, for what we were looking for better than Tam Coc, much more busy and more indicated if you want to party. The property is just 7-10 min by bike from Mua Cave and Trang An (some of the best venues we visited in the area). It take a bit longer to go to Tam Coc but if you download Grab App (the local UBER) you can get a car in 3 minutes at a very conveniet price. Thank you so much to all the staff for making our stay memorable.

Excellent location that is quiet and away from the main thoroughfares. The couple that run this Homestay were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful, providing lots of help/ideas/assistance in choosing activities. Breakfast included was excellent with a good variety, and excellent coffee. Rented a scooter for 2 days which was a simple process. Easy walk to many restaurants/bars and completely safe. The room was a good size and comfortable (ground floor looking to pool).

The door didn't seal properly and let a draft in, but that was rectified by rolling & placing a towel against the door to stop the bulk of the air. The floor tiles were a bit slippery when wet

Very clean apartment, lovely staff, great peaceful location, perfect mattress!! (for anyone having back pains this is number one priority)

- We got one big flying (didn't know they could fly!!) cockroach in our room, but we dealt with it on our own and it flew away - To animal lovers: cute owner's dog and cat are not treated closely, so they are not used to be petted

Everything! Loved the pool area, it was a great place to chill after sight seeing. The location of the property was close to local restaurants but was not too busy. They let you use their bikes to get around with was a great experience. I had a nice spacious clean room with good ac, and the WiFi worked well. But above all the owner was very helpful and friendly. I stayed longer than planned and would def recommend this accomodation to others!

Delicious breakfast. Free bicycles and Located within cycling distance of most attractions, with many beautiful natural karsts on the doorstep. Child care centre next door and it was delightful, while eating breakfast outside to observe and interact with the locals as they dropped off their kids. A beautiful neighbourhood. Hanna and Tony are great hosts, with lots of local information and tips. I lost my purse and Tony was so calm and helpful in assisting me to find and retrieve it. Food always available at the homestay but also many restaurants close by, including the lovely Moongarden. Big thanks also to the homestay’s driver who found my purse in his vehicle.

My stay was perfect. Arrived somewhat frazzled from the sleeper train from Hanoi and left refreshed, renovated and refurbished.

Absolutely everything. The accommodation was very nice and comfortable. Hot water was working well, the room was well equipped with a kettle and a fridge. The shared areas looked nice and comfy. Breakfast was good. (several options available), and most of all, the staff was very kind and helpful. The family even has a lovely dog that will give you lots of love. It is not so far from Trang An, you can either walk, bike or rent a scooter. The swimming pool looks really nice when the weather is good. They also serve food for a very good price.

Great location, bikes available, helpful staff. When we needed a taxi we just asked & they were there in 5-10 minutes. We were able to pay for Our private taxi to the airport on our hotel bill with a credit card. Food was very good.

There was only a sheet to cover the bed. When asked they provided another sheet, but could not provide a blanket because it wasn’t winter yet. There was a nice shower in the middle of the bathroom that just drained on the floor. We needed to plan when to shower, but we were surprised at how quickly the floor dried.

Great value for money. Basic, clean rooms, friendly owners. Tony took the time to teach my son how to ride a scooter. They have a pool table.

Nothing to do with the property itself, more so the location. If I had my time again I wouldn’t stay in Trang An as it is dusty, dirty and cramped with many of the restaurants mostly empty or deserted except for the ones nearest the main road on your way to the boat ride. Worse still, there are roads being dug up currently which add to the dustiness of the village. I’d stay in Tam Coc or Ninh Binh and scoot or bike ride the 15-20 mins to the attractions. It’s flat the whole way. To give you an idea of its cramped-ness, this home stay is neighbouring 3 other home-stays on 3 sides with a kindergarten and pond on the other. I’m not sure if the places in the towns would have this problem.

This little homestay is absolutely lovely! Would 100% go back. One of my favourite places in Vietnam! The restaurant was lovely, breakfast was good. Pool was great and rooms were lovely. We had a great stay. Do not hesitate to book. Staff were really friendly and we also hired push bikes from the hotel. Not too far from everything.

The location was a perfect combination of quiet/rural and yet close to attractions. Loved the pool and the whole property had a nice relaxing atmosphere. Nice views of some karsts too. Free bikes and cheap scooter rental available. Breakfast was good and we were able to have as much coffee and juice with breakfast as we wanted. The family were very nice. The free billiard table is a fun addition. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. (No cockroaches either! 💓) The air con was wonderfully efficient and had a quiet mode for the night, which was excellent. We asked for late checkout (would have been a bit of extra money), but the last day the electricity was off in the whole village, so Tony didn't charge us at the end, which was very nice of him.

We got our laundry done at the place and they seemingly mixed pearly whites with blacks which left some of my white clothes looking somewhat grey. The clothes were badly crammed in bags on return (some still damp) and very creased. (It would have been nicer to just have them folded and handed back in a basket or something.) By the last day our towels were really smelly. It would have been nice to have a mechanism to ask for room cleaning/fresh towels, e.g. put a sign on the door.
