I recently stayed at Al Safwah hotel third tower in Madinah, and I was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I particularly appreciated the flexibility they offered by allowing me a late check-out, which made my stay even more relaxing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madinah. I will definitely return on my next trip specifically the cleaners was amazing he always gives me lots of fresh towels and lot of water may Allah bless him

Basic breakfast below what you expect from 5 star establishment.

Access to Haram, masjid access, and Suhoor

Staff at the breakfast was not clear for breakfast inclusion in the package and stopped us, saying it was iftar inclusion. Later agreed. Also, Hotel made us pay cash in advance via bank transfer. Even shared card details but adamant for a bank transfer. Also, it was a very odd check-in time mentioned as 6 pm and no commitment over email to understand check-in time as 3pm.

We had a wonderful time at Alsafwa Tower 3. We came as a family for Omra and its proximity to Almasjid Alharam was great. Having direct access to prayers inside and outside the building made it very easy to do all our prayers especially with children. The rooms were lovely and clean and we had a good view from one of the rooms. Next time I hope I can get a higher up level so that I can see the Kabba. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well which had a variety of different options and especially enjoyed the omelette made by one of the chef’s in the dining hall to your request. The hotel staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and helpful and the whole experience was wonderful. Thank you.

There was no fault in the hotel itself at all only it would be really helpful if the option of an adjoining room can be provided for families.

Hotel was not bad. Location perfect - near to amenities, foodcourts, haram and conveniently accessible to everything. Once you done umrah, tahalul, it is the nearest hotel from marwah exit.

Breakfast was disappointing for the price we paid. The set-up was more of a canteen style buffet makeshift set-up in those 3 stars hotel. Expected a 5 star proper hotel buffet for the price we paid

The breakfast and the prayer facilities were great

I asked for a large bed, I got two single beds. There was no view at all but that is not an issue

My experience was great, it was my first time staying here but it will not be the last, the room was clean and ready for us before the official check in time, and it is very close to Haram, plus the variety of food in the breakfast was super. Thank you Al Safwah team.
