Room was clean. (I rarely stay in a hotel where hair is not left in the bathroom, but I did NOT see a single hair in this bathroom!!!) Location was great. We did not go to breakfast, but breakfast was offered each morning. Area seemed very safe, and we were able to find parking near our door each time we returned to our room. Check in was quick. Extra plugs on the night stands. Fridge and microwave were in the room, and the fridge had a small freezer section! This is rare even in expensive hotels. Fridge was already on and cold when we arrived.

Most of the channels on the TV said "no signal." I called the night we arrived. It was very late. The lady at the front said she would check on it as soon as she finished checking someone in. She did not call back, and I went to sleep. I called again the next morning. Another lady can down quickly, and she tried to fix it. She was very nice, and she tried several things. Most channels still said "no signal." She went back to the office to call the cable company, but it was never fixed.

It was nice, clean, and cozy. Just as before. I will stay here again and again.

There were two things that bothered me. It wasn't busy at the time I was there to get my room, and the front desk lady was rude, impatient, and just treated me like I was intruding on her time. The other is the $50 deposit I had to give even tho I booked through Booking.com. I really didn't have it in my budget, I had to cut out part of my sons and I vacation, but that said we had fun nonetheless.

Excellent and clean facility. Love the location which is close to several shopping centers and a large variety of restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Look forward to staying there again.

Breakfast was very limited and could offer other food items such as yogurt and granola bars. Coffee bar could use some flavored creamer. I went to the store and brought my own flavored creamer. It would help if breakfast lasted to 10:00 AM due some customers having late check-in the night before and needing to get much needed sleep the next morning.

We were looking for a place to stay right outside of Montgomery (we came to visit the amazing 5 star museum complex called the Legacy Sites--look it up!) and this was perfectly located just north of the city. It was clean, the beds very comfortable and the staff friendly.

The breakfast was adequate (they had sausages and hard boiled eggs for protein, and the usual cereal and waffles) but not remarkable.

I apparently accidentally booked a single room. Someone called me the day before having noticed I booked for three adults and switched the room for me. The staff member who checked us in was very welcoming and friendly also.

I wish the double rooms had queen beds.

nice size room, had everything that I needed just about. the bed, tv and appliances were very nice colors. I do like this hotel alot.

some sheets weren’t all the way clean. fridge wasn’t plugged in, I didn’t like that my room was upstairs, but I do understand that it was thanksgiving weekend. I also didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have a plunger just in case I needed one. I also didn’t get why when I booked my stay online it gave me one price with taxes and everything else included, but when I checked in to the lobby I was charged a little bit more. I hate that you guys don’t have jetted or spa baths those would be nice.

Having a problem with pet fee charge. My pet was not in the room for the stay. Did not want to be charged $125 so I made other arrangement but was still charged $125 on Wednesday

The room was actually cleaner then any hotel I have been to in prattville AL.The workers were very friendly we even left something behind when we left and they called us to come pick it up I thought that was just amazing will most definitely be coming here for more stays plus bonus they gave us extra towels I didn’t have to ask for them they were in our room that’s was most definitely a plus .

Around checkout time I feel as if we are rushed to get out.

The front desk clerk was absolutely lovely and the area was clean and quiet! We were nervous about some of the reviews but we were absolutely satisfied upon our arrival!

I was a little skeptical at first because we never stayed in thr aarea.I asked the desk clerk was the area safe and she replied "yes." She was very comforting. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was great!
