Looked great cold soda machine ac in room so cold fridge cold shower awesome showerhead 16 different sprays organic shampoo, everything was great even wake up call cause if they didn't call me and wake me up I would have loved there forever it's so awesome. Ty for the great stay, I will be back!

Everything was perfect what's not to like there outside it's 110 too hot go in room it's 60 degrees ice cold drinks very large flat screen with many channels. Place is great! No complaints here!

Nothing was unlikable. The towels in the room were obviously well used and not at peak spotlessness. The place is kept well despite being older and I did not expect anything fancy for the price that I had paid. The value was exceptional so no complaints here. The ice machine was out of order.

The managers were great! The entire staff were kind & very accomidating!

The ice machine was broken during the hotest week of the summer. Towels were dingy & stained very rough & low quality.. they were more like car wash towels then bath towels.

I paid for the room on booking and had to pay again in person. Then, I called booking.com (for my money back), who then told me to check with the bank, and the bank just told me to check with booking.com. Supposedly the booking.com charge was declined on booking.com's end, so I just hope that the money will be returned to me soon like the bank said that it's supposed to do.

With booking.com i was able to book a room for 3 people, two beds for under $100 the same day on-line. Our car broke down, so my arrival time got pushed to later and got a tow there to the Haven Hotel. Easy parking to push vehicle into spot! Resturants & game rooms all within walking distance! We are from another state & didnt realize repair shops were closed on weekends! So had to rent a car to begin a job in southern California! We talked with hotel manager about leaving vehical there in hotel until Monday morning! He was accommodating! It made our venture less stressful!

The Haven on Parkway is an older single story complex, so it needs a little help! Sunday morning there was some workers there repairing rooms or up grading? A little loud!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating as well. I very much enjoyed my stay.

The room had a coffee pot but no coffee or cups. There was also no ice bucket. Otherwise I was completely satisfied with my room and my stay there.

The manager & his wife are very accommodating & very nice..

The ice maker was broken the entire time we were there.
