The location is excellent for anyone who wants to explore Yellowstone National Park. Really delighted to get free ice creams everyday🙂

Breakfast could have had better options.

The location is good. It is in an area where there is a concentration of hotels, restaurants and businesses. so nothing is far away, if you like walking you can walk to all of them. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel has a game room which my kids really enjoyed. The hotel also offered the refillable water bottles, this is really convenient as the park has many water refilling stations, in the general stores, at bathrooms and elsewhere.

The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Everything is sweet and the only hot item offered are rolls with egg, sausage and cheese filling, and it is the only item for everyday. Other than this item, there is no savory item in the breakfast. I had one roll the first day and never touched it again for the rest of my stay. It does not taste that great and gets boring. It would have been better if the hotel changed the hot item to breakfast potatoes or eggs, and it would also be a good idea to rotate everyday, so it does not get too boring for guests that are staying for a longer period. The other issue I had was there was no auto option for the AC in my room. The AC in another room that my other family members had had the auto option however. So this is not the case for all rooms.

The rooms were very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, the game room, and of course the free ice cream at 4:00. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was just ok. More hot items like eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy would have been enjoyed had they been offered. Everything offered was the same the four days we stayed there. Pretty boring.

The location, very kind and helpful staff and the atmosphere are biggest benefits of this hotel. Me and my wife really enjoyed our staying, even during busy season full of tourists. We would love to return one day. Special thanks to reliable receptionists who helped me also with special request I had before our arrival. Thanks you! I very appreciate that.

Breakfast was nice, however could be more varied

This hotel is right outside the west entrance. They have a game room for kids, ice cream social and even a fire pit in the night for smores. Ample amount of parking is there and the rooms are good.

I wish they had a better breakfast. They just had the exact same option for the 2 days I stayed there. No meatless warm option as the only warm option had egg cheese and meat in some sort of a burrito.

Very inviting, lots of comfortable places to sit and relax on the patio and in the lobby. I liked the additional ice cream and s’mores social hour! Kids really liked the game room too! Everything was clean and in good decor. I appreciated the guest laundry space as well!

The egg roll ups at breakfast were not my favorite. I think you need to try something else as a main.

Great place to stay during our trip to Yellowstone. Rooms were clean, bathroom was spacious. Free ice cream, s’mores kit, laundry usage (just need to purchase detergent) and loved the hot tub at the end of a long day. Close to everything, yet also on the quiet side of West Yellowstone.

Wished there were more hot items for breakfast but options they had were decent.

Wonderful staff. Michael was the best! Laundry service was great, rooms were clean, bikes were an added bonus and the game room for the kids was fantastic!

The breakfast was terrible. The options were minimal and no protein anywhere to be found. Just sugary food. Update the breakfast and I’d give the hotel a 10.

Very clean, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, friendly staff, fantastic location. Didn't take advantage of the bikes or the smores, but we found them charming and would make use of them another time. The hot tub was fantastic! The breakfast was adequate for a cold buffet, including oatmeal and waffles we could pop in the toaster.

Walls are a little thin. We were wakened one night at 4:40 am by a very loud phone call next door that lasted until 5:30. If I understood Spanish, I could tell you every word of their conversation! The water in the pool was chilly — I'd prefer it be warmer — thankfully, the hot tub was perfect!

I liked the water bottles and the offer for snores and ice cream and all the little concierge features they offer the guests. I didn’t realize the cabins across the street were part of the property and may want to stay there next time.

I hated my pillow it was too big and hard. I slept with a towel rolled up instead of the pillows. I usually travel with my pillow if I’m traveling by car but we flew there so I didn’t have any option. It would have been nice to have a couple different pillows in the room. They were all big and hard. I couldn’t sleep but that was my issue. There were lots of pillows the room was comfortable. I wasn’t missing anything. Except a better sleeping pillow.
