The room was clean and comfortable and spacious for my dog and I. The location was great...easy to get to, a restaurant next door and more options within walking distance. A grocery store across the street and a large park (for the dog) just a couple of blocks away. The front desk clerk was helpful as well. I requested a ground floor room and that is what I got. I would definitely stay here again!

There is no potty area at the hotel but the hotel across the street has a bit of grass and there is a nice park a couple of blocks away. No breakfast (but I knew that when I reserved the room).

We stayed in nine different hotels on our road trip in the USA, and this was our favourite! Comfortable rooms, a quiet location although within very easy reach of shops and restaurants. We loved the community room which had great cooking facilities, comfortable sofas and an actual kettle for making tea (the only one I found during the entire trip - most places only had coffee makers). Welcoming and helpful staff, and a great location for visiting Yellowstone. Would definitely recommend.

It's quite pricey but that's to be expected so close to Yellowstone Park.

The 3 queen room was great. One of the queen beds was in a separate room, which provided privacy from the other two beds. Everything was exceptionally clean and looked like it had recently been remodeled and professionally painted. The beds were quite comfortable. The spacious community kitchen was very clean, had plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, and was very nicely organized. The front office had complimentary coffee and tea. The staff were pleasant and professional. We very much enjoyed our stay.

From the outside, the motel looks dated but the room was quite nice. The parking is a bit crammed but OK if you don't have a large vehicle; no trailer parking except on the street. The small refrigerator in the room was nice but I missed not having a microwave in the room, although there was one in the community kitchen.

Great location, price fit my needs. I got a simple, clean, no frills room to sleep in after a day outside, which is exactly what I paid for. Easy check in, hassle free stay. Very good experience. My goal wasn't to stay at a luxury 5 star resort - it was to have an affordable, clean, convenient, safe place to sleep while I was on vacation, and City Center Motel served that very well.

There was more surrounding noise than I would have liked from other rooms. I could hear one conversation almost well enough to understand, and the plumbing infrastructure was kind of loud. I didn't use the TV much, but it was in kind of a weird position in relation to the rest of the room which made it a bit awkward to watch.

The location of the property is perfect, the room was extremely clean, and the staff was very cordial and helpful with recommendations for restaurants that were all great.

We liked everything about the place. What I expect that some won’t like is that it’s a small motel with small rooms but that was unimportant to us as everything good about it far outweighs the size of the rooms. We were only looking to sleep there anyway. I would stay here again in a second.

We were 6 of us - 2 adults and 4 children and we were able to fit comfortably. We had 4 queen beds and we didn’t know how the beds would be positioned so we were pleasantly surprised to see that we had actually 2 bedrooms with 1 bed each and the other 2 beds were in the living room, so we were able to have some privacy. The location was amazing - less than 5 minutes to drive to the entrance of Yellowstone. There were many restaurants right nearby as well.

We did not have a private cooking area, but there was a communal kitchen. We didn’t get to use it as we stayed only for 2 nights and wanted to use our time sightseeing. The view from our rooms was not great - ours faced a trailer park - but that was a very minor thing.

Big room and large beds. Almost everything is comfortable! We all like the free ground coffee everyday. Quite satisfied with the daily housekeeping(of course you can ask them not to do so by putting a tag on the door). They also have a lovely shared kitchen. Well worth the price.

The toilet in our room is leaking water. Not affecting our usage but wasting unnecessary waters

The place is conveniently located, next to the centre of West Yellowstone (including a supermarket a minute away!) yet quiet. The room was clean and we appreciated access to a communal kitchen.

We could hear guests in the room above ours walking around and having shower, so better bring your earplugs or ask for a room upstairs. The price was high, but for obvious reasons (location next to Yellowstone).

The communal kitchen was open at all hours and kept clean. Very central location - close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and 10 minutes drive from Yellowstone Park entrance. The room was specious and clean. Fresh towels every day.

Not enough electricity sockets or USB ports in the room. We took a two bedroom room, the second room had no TV.

The woman that works the front desk (maybe the owner?) was so incredibly nice. It’s in a good location and comfortable. Good as a place to stay if you plan on being out exploring alot. The beds were comfy, water was hot, and it had the basic things you’d need. Perfect place at this price point.

It’s an older property, so it was a bit noisy because the walls were thin but i think if you stay on the top floor or a room without a top floor you’d be fine.
