It was new and clean and of course close to the Lusaka international airport. The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous.

This is not a complaint. The hotel is new and a lot of the staff are still in a training program. Because of this, the inexperience shows. So, patience is needed to allow them to mature. Warning:- the hotel has a few teething problems because it’s new. Beware of the temperature control in the shower. This is dangerous and you can be scolded. I child would be in serious trouble if Alone. Note to management if you read this. Reduce the maximum temperature that the control tap can deliver when on full. If you don’t do this; someone will be hospitalised and you will have a lawsuit on your hands.

This hotel is perfectly located if you have late inbound or early outbound flights from Lusaka, and we had both. It's within walking distance depending on how much luggage you have. Staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool was lovely. It was crystal clear and very refreshing.

Small gripe, when we checked in, it wasn't made clear they would be holding the equivalent of around £650 on my credit card. It's fairly standard, so I wasn't too worried, but I was just surprised as it hadn't been mentioned and took almost 3 weeks to be 'unheld' on my account. Luck for me, I didn't need it! The gym was tiny and very hot. There were 4 of us in there and not really enough cardio machines, with a hotel that size I would've expected a little more.

Clean and convenient -a perfect spot to reduce travel stress. Staff well trained and very helpful.

Need to improve the transport link to the airport - as The airport shuttle was a bit late to collect us which caused a bit of unnecessary stress . Think one walkway needs some screening from the rain -yes doesn’t rain often now but it will and walkway was treacherous in the rain squall .the luggage , staff and ourselves got so soaked , A staff member slipped and body skated along the walkway! Need slip resistant screed on walkways

The location is close to the terminal, and it is the only one. The building is airy and large and modern, having being completed only recently. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is a bit spartan for the price. You'd pay the same or less in Berlin. We arrived dead tired at 1 in the morning, and my provider did not log into the local network to call for a pickup. Pushing the cart with luggage along the road is about 800 m or 10-15 minutes.

The location was great for an early morning flight from the airport. The bed was super comfortable and the room clean. It was lovely to use the pool after a long hot day in Lusaka. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle provided and it took about 3 minutes to the terminal

A few little niggles, that the kettle in the room had a South African plug so couldn't use it! and when I asked for a quick breakfast to take away it was very slow and had to leave without it as had a flight to catch

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel staff, especially Aaron, Joseph, and Nyambeson, for their exceptional assistance when my brother fell ill and forgot his documents. They went above and beyond to ensure that his documents were delivered to him in Zimbabwe before his return to Germany. Although my brother only stayed at the hotel for one night, we will always remember the kindness and dedication of these workers. Thank you once again for your outstanding service.

The hotel is brand new! We walked from the airport to the hotel. The hotel personnel is super nice and accommodating. The manager, Mickey, allowed us to have a late checkout because our flight was delayed. He went above and beyond the call of duty.

Everything was great. I highly recommend this hotel!

Imagine after settling the bill early because I had an early flight to catch, and this person walked up to me when i was checking out saying I needed to pay a touristim levy, I was like really? Why didn't you put in on the invoice? Anyway, my point is to make sure you check for these things.

What a great hotel. Joseph at the service desk is a delightful, welcoming professional with a nice sense of humour. The rooms are spacious and the beds and linen really good. I'd stay again.

The restaurant's food isn't consistently to the standard of the rest of the hotel. That said ... I had THE BEST toasted chicken and cheese sandwhich I've ever eaten!

I arrived 10 pm and I walked alone with the airport trolley to the hotel. It's about 500 metros (10 minutes walk), because there is no straight line. Breakfast very good, staff very kind and helpful, wifi very good...

In my room the energy plug that have a western adaptar didn't work, but the staff was very kind and brought me an extension and everything worked fine.
