The hotel is very nice, decoration is amazing. Staff is friendly. The gym is a gem! and massage were very good. The room is nice and super big, also the bathroom. The breakfast is very generous (you get to choose from many different options in a menu)

The restaurant is nice, but the food can improve. There are 2 pools but nobody seems to use it. We were the only ones in the pool, and feel some kind of uncomfortable using it. People there were SUPER DRESSED (even during day, not only at night), so have this in mind if you want to have a chill day at the pool with casual clothes (like we wanted). Despite having beautiful gardens and two pools, it doesn't seem like they're aiming for people to spend a day sunbathing on the lounge chairs next to the pool (because there aren't any hahaha) We asked for a car to the airport, but it is crazy expensive (for Zambia prices), we took an uber instead, much cheaper (although without AC).

The entire property featured a unique and exceptional design. The room was peaceful and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful.

The bathroom lacked proper separation, so the entire area would get wet when taking a shower. Adding something as simple as a curtain would greatly improve the experience. Regular maintenance also seems necessary, as our sink was dripping. On the bright side, although the wait for food was quite long, the dishes were absolutely delicious!

Love the overall style and design of property. Lovely family studio/ apartment. Spacious and very comfortable for family of 4, this was a highlight. (Double rooms also very big). Great local artwork on display, this is the gem of the hotel. Lovely curation and interesting to walk around and view pieces. Great breakfast, lovely laidback feel to the place. Very chic yet casual and comfortable. Very accommodating to all of our families needs. Team that work there all very helpful and so friendly. Very welcoming. Across all departments from reception/guest services, restaurant and bar, housekeeping and spa. Nicely priced spa treatments and adequate gym. Would definitely go back. A gem in Lusaka. Small, boutique and very unique.

Swimming pool very cold - not heated Not much we didn’t like really. Maybe a little overpriced but didn’t mind as a hotel like this unique un Lusaka.

Beautiful design and art. Stylish. Comfy lodges and garden. Mostly sweet staff. In particular at the reception.

Food and drinks were not as good as expected. Service sometimes slow. When something goes wrong even with a bit of an attitude. Gardeners/ workers in the garden use a wheelbarrow that is in desperate need for oiling and makes terrible sound. Not well sound-proofed rooms. Dirty, old toilet brush needs exchange. Spa is a plus and ok but not exceptionally good. Pool is too cold and not clean. (Cannot be used for swimming)

The hotel is immaculately maintained. I went to the decently equipped gym and discovered a whole other beautiful side of the hotel I’d never come across. Love, love the decor, interior design and the calm neutral, brown/cream blue and green hues. Rooms spacious and very well fitted out. Also attentive eg I had both sides of the bed turned down on night 1, but this was changed to only one side turned down on nights 2 and 3, as I beleive they noticed that only one side had been slept on on the first night. Staff were efficient and friendly. Very quick to respond to asks.

Food prices are quite high.

Very nice hotel with lots of local style an decoration, the rooms are spacious and there is a good bar that has a lot of movement in the evening next to the pool. There is a good Spa and Gym.

Bed mattres was very hard be sure to request room with the type of mattress of your preference. There are a lot of people visiting the in the common areas during the day so not much privacy in the pool area.

I love this hotel! Beautiful decor, lots of different areas to hang out, very cool art all over the place and a very relaxed vibe. Excellent breakfast, very clean pool, lovely gardens. Huge very comfortable family suite - would happily stay for weeks

The views over the gardens are reserved for the communal areas so most rooms look out at the perimeter wall but not a major issue as so many great places to chill in the communal areas

It's a lovely place with all the facilities you could need. Definitely a destination spot within Lusaka

Standard of food seemed to have slipped a little. I even raised a query on my meal and was basically told that's how it is when it wasn't really up to the standards I'd expected. They didn't want to correct it efficiently. Breakfast all OK. I was a little put out to be told that despite the number of staff they had, they couldn't bring drinks an extra 20 yards to the other pool side. Little bit below par I think. Also our check in was delayed

Great hotel - very cool decor, friendly staff, amazing atmosphere and comfortable rooms! We were there on a Friday night and there was live music in The Other Side (a members club in the hotel grounds) so we had dinner and drinks there and it was so much fun. We were worried the music might keep us awake but it was all done by 11pm and we had a very peaceful night's sleep. I also had a massage which was excellent, and the spa staff were very kind to fit me in on short notice. Would highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

It's design is interesting and certainly a stylish place to stay with good facilities. We enjoyed our stay and can see why it has a very good reputation

The windows are metal framed so don't give much insulation from the noise. Evening time it's understandable but the staff did make a lot of noise when fixing up the poolside in the morning which was disturbing. The plumbing seemed to be quite noisy as well. And we did get an alarm go off at 6am from a nearby room which didn't go off but the hotel itself can't be blamed for that. The gym could do with some new kit as some equipment is a little old
