Noisy Too busy No individualized treatment its just a fabrication

I simply love the place! Their service is par excellence. Their staff is very well trained and they ensure that their customers go back happy. I am definitely going back to this property again the next chance i get. I want to especially thank Aristya for her superb care , she took me around to the mall to give me an orientation of the place while i was new and also helped me get a sim. I also want to acknowledge Anita who got me a single woman gift pack! I had my birthday while i was there and i was sent a birthday cake by the hotel management! The property is central and the mall close to it is also lovely.

We enjoyed our vacation at the Neelkanth Sarovar Premier Hotel in Lusaka very much. The service is excellent, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the two restaurants are outstanding. In the hotel restaurant at the second floor, we ate the best steak, I ever had and our daily highlight was the breakfast buffet at the ground floor restaurant. You really have to try the omelets and fried Chinese noodles, which are individually prepared for you and which are absolutely tasty and fresh. The food alone, is already reason enough to visit this hotel again. Since every employee of the hotel was so kind and helpful, we really felt home and next time we visit Lusaka, we already know that we will stay in this hotel again.

The breakfast was fantastic. There are so many options to chose from and the noodles, omelet, dumplings and pancake, you could freely order have been so tasteful. We enjoyed every morning spent at the breakfast buffet. The staff was always polite and attentive. The room was very clean, spacious and we could make good use of the kitchen and washing machine.

A little bit more equipment in the apartment kitchen would have helped us (a sharp knife for example or a bigger pan). But honestly, this was not really an issue for us.

Perhaps it’s time for a little electrical upgrade — air conditioner vent makes whistling noises at times; light switches occasionally do not work smoothly or lights just flicker off and have to be turned on again (but sometimes don’t go on). Short circuit? So maybe a top to bottom electrical check/repair is in order.

The location is excellent, right next to a big shopping mall. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink, chocolates and smily people. Check in was easy and the room, lunch food and ambiance was excellent. Will definitely go back again.

Maybe the light switches could be easier, struggled a bit to get the right ones. Breakfast was not as good as the lunch but there were many options.

I loved the hotel staff, cleaners as well, very helpful, and quick to assist with all requests. Super clean facilities as well.

The rude Chef on the ground floor restaurant and some guy who seemed to be a manager, always standing on people's heads and too loud. And not delay when you want to pay or order.

The staff here are truly outstanding — always friendly, helpful, and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be staying again! Thank you.

It’s was sparkling clean, ALL the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The food options were tasteful and great. The breakfast robot was a nice surprise. The room was spacious and delightful, with a nice touch to the turn down.

The Variety of food is very good and you can choose from the menu, the Chef's also willing to accommodate special requests. The Staff are also very good and always willing to help. We used the Board Room for some meetings and its ina very quite place and little disturbance
