All the staff including restaurant, front desk, housekeeping are very polite and helpful. The food is good and laundry service is great.

There were bugs coming out from the bathroom and had to call the front desk to spray an insecticide. Absolutely no extra service for repeat clients. This was my second time staying there and I usually stay for long periods. I asked for a quiet room weeks before my arrival but they gave me a normal room. No incentive to be a repeat client. When I asked the front desk about it they said you have to book directly through us to get such benefits. This does not make any sense to be honest.

Modern and comfortable, slept like a baby. King size bed with fridge kettle tv air conditioner in room, spacious bathroom, linen and towels of superior grade.

The establishment needs to do some prep work with staff, we where received by a gentleman at reception who seemed to not know how to check in guests, he went to call the lady responsible who checked us into a already booked room, luckily a staff member stopped us and gave us the next room. Room service do not pick up calls, ever. We had to call reception who went to look for them. It’s a sad state of affairs for staff to destroy the image of such a beautiful hotel. I was too tired to explore the restaurant, bar and cigar lounge but they looked modern and comfortable.

We loved pretty much everything about our stay. We spent 3 nights in total at the Quorum, one upon our arrival in Zambia and we liked it so much we decided to revisit on our way back. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and quiet and nicely decorated. The staff is really really exceptional, we particularly connected with the lovely young woman who works at the restaurant with long braided hair - I forget her name but she really took the time to talk to us and give us recommendations for the area - thank you for being so lovely! We also really appreciated one of the ladies at reception (maybe Rachel?) - absolutely lovely to deal with. Food was also really nice, we are both vegetarian and had good enough options - special mention for the chickpea curry! They also allowed us to check-out late which was immensely appreciated as our flight was at night. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back.

These are really small things because we did really love our stay but if we must mention, one of the ladies at reception was a little unhelpful I am afraid. But that can happen - everyone has a bad day from time to time. Also the generator comes on very often and it is very smelly and polluting. Unfortunately all bedrooms face it so there isn't much they can do - just make sure your windows are properly shut when it comes on. Lastly, as much as we loved our stay, a pool in a 5 star hotel would be nice :)

Breakfast was good and fresh.

The check in and check out process was very long. At check , there was a mix up of rooms and my room was earlly given to another guest had i not intervened. The check in process takes long despite having partly completed check in details online. I spent about 30 minutes waiting to be served. The checkout process was also a disaster. It appears their systems are manual. There was some misallocation of funds on my account which unfortunately needed verification with the front desk manager who was off duty and not answering her calls. I nearly missed my flight due to this delay and ended up leaving.

The elegant atmosphere created a truly luxurious experience. The high-quality facilities added to the overall sense of sophistication. Every detail seemed carefully considered for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It offered a refined escape from the everyday. A visit is highly recommended for those seeking a touch of elevated indulgence.

The food was a bit disappointing during my stay. I also wish I had known about nearby attractions or shopping areas. It would have been helpful to have that information. My overall experience could have been enhanced with a little more guidance. Hopefully, this feedback can be useful for future guests.

The staff was fabulous, super helpful and kind. We also particularly loved the food, great choices for vegetarians! The bed was super comfortable and the room was lovely. We were initially upgraded to an executive room where unfortunately we could hear and smell the generator outside which was not ideal. When we brought this up to the staff they immediately changed our room which was just perfect. The location is on a main road so there isn’t much to do in walking distance from the hotel but we only stayed one night in transit and it was a great experience nonetheless. Thank you - we will be back! :)

I loved the fact that the property combined 'business club' facilities (restaurants, coffee shop, gym, yoga terrace, etc.) and hotel rooms and in 2 separate buildings. So, whenever I wanted to be in an environment with people, activities, etc. I could just walk over but also the rooms were completely 'sound proofed' and completely quiet once I am out of the activity areas.

It took a long time when I tried to book things at the reception....not very efficient.

We had a lovely relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was large with wonderfully crisp, clean bedding. The shower was big with fantastic water pressure and lovely smelling body wash. They supplied us with matching dressing gowns and the food was a delicious combination of Indian and African fusion.

There was a few details that could have been more polished. The front desk on entry looked worn, magazines on the table in the reception areas were a bit outdated. A few light bulbs had blown in the sky restaurant. These were very small aspects but if you're looking to strive for perfection, these small changes could help.

Nice and spacious rooms with everything you need. The hotel has a big gym and 3 restaurants (half of the hotel). The location is convenient, there is a shopping center in the walking distance (5-6 minutes). Electricity is available 24 hours, backed up with a genset (which is very critical for Zambia around this time). Good shower and water pressure. Comfortable bed and perfect soundproof of the room (except windows). There were a few events (parties) in the restaurant and I didn't hear any sound. I couldn't even hear neighbors and people slamming room doors. Doors are heavy and closing automatically. This is very rare for the hotels and surprised me seeing it in Lusaka. The staff is great and helpful.

Had to ask to fix a few things, but nothing critical. A regular price could be high, but I was lucky to have a good deal.
