The location was good for business especially with need for external visitors to attend meetings. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Dinner menu was good in terms of options.

The breakfast options were very limited and the outdoor sitting area almost non-existent with only 1 table by the splash pool.

Great breakfast which doesn't miss anything. Big room with enough space and comfortable bed, and great location across the East Park mall and in opposite to hotels downtown, fresh air and green nature. Very good Wifi, very kind and professional staff, willing to support you always.

Fantastic Hotel near to Eastpark Lusaka. Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms absolute OK and come here for many years. Can advise this hotel for short or longer stay at Lusaka. For sure it is value for money.

From Outside it looks like an old building and was a bit taken back. With some painting it will greatly help.

The breakfast was good and they were able to provide for my vegetarian needs e.g. Soy milk instead of dairy. Location is excellent as it is near eating places and a mall and as such you do not need any transport to move around the area.

We had dinner at the tower, but seemed to be overwhelmed by many customers, thus some delays in serving us.

Location - close proximity to restaurants and shops. Staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and will always go that extra mile.

The hotelvl staff are always friendly, the breakfast has not changed in the number of years I have been travelling and staying there, maybe time to offer something different

The hotel was extremely busy with conferences and made it very noisy at times and extremely busy

Clean, comfortable rooms with excellent front desk service. Good location right near shops and restaurants. In house restaurant offers a good breakfast and serves until 10pm at night for late arrivals.

There was loud music playing somewhere which while not to bad in my room did impact somewhat when I turned off the TV to sleep. That is a risk of staying close to restaurants etc. but I've not experienced it when I've stayed before.
