The breakfast is good, the dinner was lovely especially the mushroom soup 🍲.

The TV facility is one of the worst.... imagine this was during world cup female soccer & had to go to a club to watch it. Your rooms without bath tubs lack relaxation after a long day of work Absence of buffet dinner made night rests delayed as I had to visit the nearest mall for meals I complained about a risky electric iron which had loose plug, being alone in a room one may be electrocuted.... please always inspect such risky provisions to avert fatalities Providing a 🛋 in the room can add a little comfort, a straight chair or bed aren't best resting options especially with you the have a friend or friends in the room

There was very nice mini sliders for breakfast - such a relief to eat normal meat and not processed meat sausages. Also the property is close to East Park which was very convenient place to go and pick up some items from supermarkets there.

Had dinner and the salad counter had stale salad. It was complimentary - but that does not justify serving something less than what would be acceptable to customers in an upscale restaurant. Also I did read that this adjoining a shopping mall; which it is indeed. However, there are no shops that operate which is of any interest to most visitors - apart from a long chain of bureaux de change and branches of some banks. So shopping mall yes, shops no. Beat that !

The staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable. It is close to major roads and the mall. I loved the food. They offer variety.

On my 3rd day, I was bitten by mosquitoes the whole night. I do not know how they got in. It's surprising because all the other days, I did not see any.

Extremely and extraordinary friendly, kind, and supportive staff. The unique Protea Hotel Team was always warm, patient, and helpful with any of our questions and issues - no matter what time or how long it took. We truly appreciate this and highly recommend staying here without restriction.

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Food was ok. Facilities generally was fine.

Did not like the hard water in the bathroom. The TV stations: the quality of the pic and the selection of channels could be better.

I found the breakfast delicious. I also got the chance to taste new cuisines I don't normally find in my country. Keep up the good work!

The room's free Wi-Fi needs improvement. It doesn't have much network strength especially to make calls.

The restaurant was decent. We ate dinner and breakfast and it was pretty good. Although a little expensive (25$ each person), the airport transfer service was decent. We used it both directions. The showers were nice.

One side of the building points toward what sounds like a club. So our only night was loud due to music which played after midnight. We just got off an overnight flight, so it wasn't as bad as it good have been.

The hotel was very good and beyond my expectations. Staff were friendly and helpful and internet speed was about 75 mbps ! A great restaurant about a five minute cab drive away was a Chinese restaurant called Sichuan located in the show grounds nearby - it is excellent and has been going for about 20 years.

Having to leave

I stayed here from July 31st to August 15, 2022. The staff was terrific I came there for the Premiere of my movie Ojanoma, which premiered at the NuMetro Cinemas. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and almost everything you need is within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was very good! The laundry room service was life-saving, and I would get my clothes back the same day. I recommend this hotel.

It was a solid breakfast, with quality ingredients in an elegant and bright dining room. Omlette station, local food, continental food, american bacon - quite a good selection. Lovely service, decent coffee.
