The location and the facilities of the hotel were very good. Most of the staff are very polite and kind. The room was very good

The staff in the spa especially the manager was one of the rudest persons I have met in my life. They charged 70 euros without informing my wife just to straight her her. Simply ridiculous! She called us liars. That is the least you expect when you spent 1000 euros on the top of your hotel room inside the hotel on spa treatments and food.

Beds, linens, towels, robes all excellent; amazing shower; very nice villa pool and resort pool; much quieter than the other resorts in the complex; staff were very friendly; daily treats/sweets provided by the cleaning team were delicious; Breakfast has excellent variety and lovely location to enjoy it; very good air conditioning. Overall the positives far outweigh the negatives!

The view from our villa was disappointing; the water sports org is a different company so we had to trek back to the room to get money to pay them separately; the Grecotel app didn't work on my phone and when we asked for help, we were told to check the app, so unfortunately we didn't use it....; the gazebo was far from our villa, so if we forgot something, it was a trek back and forth, but the beach service was great; I didn't like that the other resort guests had wristbands but we didn't, so Mandola Rosa guests are kind of separate...; My non-Greek-speaking family felt staff were not very friendly sometimes; the Spa is closed on Tuesdays

Excellent choice for a family with young kids, one of the best in Greece. Location is perfect, the sea/beach is excellent and their facilities are top notch, the aqua park is fantastic.

While the staff is genuinely friendly and accommodating, there are several service-related issues that detract from the overall experience. During peak season, securing a reservation at any of the à la carte restaurants proves extremely difficult, even when trying a day in advance. This undermines the appeal of choosing a resort with multiple dining options over a standard hotel. Additionally, the lack of clear and enforced poolside rules leads to frustration among guests. It’s common for some individuals to reserve umbrellas and loungers early in the morning with towels, only to use them for a brief period later in the day — effectively limiting access for others. Although the staff are aware of the situation, they appear unable to intervene, which further compounds the issue.

Our stay at Mandola Rosa was unbelievable and we wouldn't hesitate to return. I spent a lot of time wondering which part of the resort to book- and I am thrilled we chose Mandolda Rosa. MR is very peaceful and felt a lot more exclusive than Riviera or Olympia- both of which had gorgeous facilities but were crowded in my opinion. Our child absolutely loved the water park and hubby and I were able to completely unwind and enjoy a stress-free few days. The views from the main pool were heaven. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and general staff friendly and helpful.

The food at L'Orient and Cap Voyage was far from what I would expect from a gourmet/5* restaurant. Lobster and seafood in general was overcooked/rubbery. The asian flavours at L'Orient were not far off what we order from our local take away for 25% of the price in London. Saying that- Sea Dunes for lunch was delicious and had excellent seafood. This wouldn't stop me from returning but it would be great if they upped their game gastronomically:)

A splendid property, with large, beautiful and clean rooms. The staff is particularly attentive, kind and smiling. The sandy sea and beach, with comfortable sun loungers, are at the standard of the location. The rich breakfast, served on the terrace, satisfies all desires. Congratulations to the management. A place where you feel wonderful and want to return

Splendid and peaceful location. Amazing and very polite staff . Special thanks to Lana and the staff of Cap Voyage personnel. Many thanks to Anna, Avi, Adam, Christos, Nikoletta, Spyridoyla who made us feel like home (sorry if I forgot some other names but, for sure the staff must not be changed). Breakfast was quite good and the area takibg breakfast is as amazing as read before arriving at the resort. Overall it is a very clean resort. Food at Cap Voyage is very good.

Internet connection needs improvement as well as some facilities maintenance (in general facilities very good but, improvement is needed). Need to check the quality of food at La Tratoria restaurant. In general when we refer to 5 star resort, the details need to be taken under consideration.

Great grounds, great views, lots of family friendly things to do, including cool waterslides. Room was spacious and comfortable, staff was friendly, overall a great choice for a family vacation.

The food did not meet our expectations. Breakfast was ok, but the food at the restaurants we tried was average at best. Also, the hotel has a shortage of staff, e.g. at the pool and the beach the wait to be served was much longer than what you would expect for a hotel of this caliber.

The beautiful breath taking view, the sunsets, the staff (Specially Friday, but they all were fantastic) The pool, The water park, the location… well everything. My soon is allergic to gluten and they were very helpful with arranging gluten free options.

the resort , the hotel building, the room, everything looks luxurious, clasdic, so comfortable the bathroom, the bed. the sandy beach and pool, delicious breakfast.

it is a long drive to get there. the wifi did not work in the public areas ( beach, pool ect). the pillows are too swellen. they should be more fluffy.

The nature around it and beach exceptional and wild! Breakfast was great and service too. The slides were amazing and the pools

One of the showers had only a main shower top head nothing to hold in the hand which is not comfortable and pillows were very uncomfortable, too thick
