The quality of the staff in all venues is outstandig, highy professional and Panamenian cordial at the same time, they go out of their way to please you. One night we called the front desk because there was a party at the Hotel and you could hear the music, the volume was immediately lowered and the following day, the manager Ms. Carol Wong called to apologize and later sent some fruits. The buffet is one of the best you will find anywhere, both in variety and quality, it's amazing. The room very comfortable and sqeaky clean. The location in Costa del Este unbeatable

Please take notice that sometimes at different hours a smell of cigarette smoke is felt in the bathroom. It's not annoying, but it suggests that maybe someone is untighfully smoking in another room

That the room was lacking a phone, and a clock. After arriving home, found that I was charged for my sister's room for the 1 night, that I had made reservations for. It was made through Booking.com, but the room was made under my sister's name, even though I was the one who made the bookings for my entire family. Since my sister had paid for her room while there, the hotel should not have charged me for the cost of her room. I had to resort to my credit card for assistance, and disputed that charge!

We liked that the room was comfortable, and we had a nice stay. The breakfast had a nice selection of cold, warm, and hot dishes. The pool area is very nice, and it was lovely to be in an outdoor space that felt relaxing. The Westin is a great location in Costa del Este. We would recommend this hotel to others and we would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Breakfast was delicious with a variety of local and nutritious options. the location is ideal - close to many restaurants and coffee shops. nice ambiance

there was an off smell when entering the lobby. suggestion - the area needs to be ventilated. expected more room amenities, such as bath robe and slippers.

The only thing we were disappointed in was the size of the pool. It was more like the size of a jacuzzi, that’s the only reason I’m giving it an 8 and not a 10.

Our room was 705 . We arrived one day earlier than our caravan tour group. Had no view . We booked a king sized bed , but we got two queens . But because we were with the caravan they gave us the two queens instead. Wish it would have been king . But that’s ok . We were still very happy to be in Panama

All the venues were in excellent state of maintenance. The quality of the staff is truly five stars, all very helpful, friendly and professional. The junior suite was ample, comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast buffet is very good with a big variety of food

Some times the bar gets very noisy, playing loud music, it’s not inviting for a quiet drink

Front desk staff was excellent especially Elizabeth who is a very special lady who solves every problem quickly and with a smile. She brightened every morning with a brief chat and query on how we were doing.
