If I could give this hotel 1000 stars I would! Myself, sister, and nephews stayed here from 4/7/23 until 4/9/23 and the service was immaculate. Anya/Onya (so sorry I don’t know the spelling) checked us in and she was wonderful our entire first evening. We had a few minor issues with our room (first room only had one bed and we needed two) she immediately transferred us to another room. Second, the fridge in the room did not work, I called down and she promptly sent someone up to take a look at it. That someone was Ron — he was so kind to my sister and I. We asked him where we could microwave our food because our room did not have a microwave and he went and got us a microwave for our room! Anya and Ron made this the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in my nearly 32 years of life. Honestly, all of the staff was great. The ladies who worked in Porters in the morning during breakfast were also wonderful! My nephews are on the spectrum and have special needs and the Porters staff was so kind and accommodating. Whenever I come home, this establishment will be my preferred hotel. Whoever is in charge of hiring has a true knack for choosing wonderful people to represent Doubletree.

Front desk staff, Regina, welcomed us - even when we didn’t think we’d stay. Location! Firepit in courtyard. Porters restaurant was really a high end but delicious meal, just what we needed on a cool stormy evening.

Need a recliner in the room- shoulder surgery makes sleeping difficult.

We were blown away when we walked in. It just had a majestic look to it with the restaurant and everything. It smelled good and had a good feeling to it. The bed was SO comfortable!! TV worked and we were able to watch a movie. It was very clean and free Starbucks coffee in the hallway was a nice touch.

The property was clean, as well as well maintained. The Location was everything! Close to different restaurants amongst other things!

There was nothing I did not like about the property.

Very clean. Polite staff. Very close to the convention center. Pool was warm and clean.

The bathroom is tiny. You can’t leave the door open without blocking the shower/tub. Over priced.

it was a very nice hotel with a very good free breakfast! and the price was not absolutely insane also was right by the convention center wwhich is why we was there

I thought I upgraded to a suite. Still plenty of room. Hallway was musty smelling.

Porters steak house was amazing food was delicious the waiter Chris was amazing

The tub fills up when you’re showering because of slow drainage.
