During my stay at Quill Residences, I experienced an exceptional level of luxury, comfort, and convenience that surpassed all expectations. The moment I entered my room, I was greeted by an amazing view of Kuala Lumpur’s iconic skyline—a breathtaking sight that I could also enjoy from the viewing suite and the stunning infinity pool. The skyline, especially at sunset, is nothing short of magical and added a special touch to my stay. The amenities at Quill Residences are of the highest quality, with every aspect of the property exuding a luxurious feel. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. One of the standout features of Quill Residences is the outstanding gym. It’s rare to find a hotel gym that is so well-equipped, and I genuinely miss it! The gym has everything you could possibly need for a comprehensive workout. The infinity pool is absolutely gorgeous, offering yet another angle to admire the KL skyline. The pool is meticulously maintained, and you can tell that the staff takes great pride in keeping it in pristine condition. The staff at Quill Residences deserve special mention for their friendliness and attentiveness. They were always ready to assist with anything I needed, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. Their genuine kindness added a personal touch that made my experience even more memorable. Location-wise, Quill Residences is perfectly situated near all of Kuala Lumpur’s top attractions. I was able to reach all my desired destinations within a 20-minute journey, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and stress-free. The spaciousness of the residence only adds to the comfort, making it feel like a home away from home. Another major highlight is the mall attached to the residence. It’s incredibly convenient, with a wide variety of dining options and a supermarket, NSK Grocer, that has everything you could imagine.

Absolutely amazing places to stay. Super clean, new building with a lot of amenities, connected to a metro station and mall. It doesn't get better than this. Also, amazing view from the balcony.

If you check-in/checkout after 10pm, then be prepared for a lot of fuss and coordination. I was told that checking out at 11pm would be no problem, but when I tried to checkout at 10.45pm there was no one there at reception and they still had to return my 300 rm security deposit. It took them 45 minutes to resolve this and I was almost too late to catch my flight. Thankfully, someone came, and even though it was an inconvenience, I appreciate that there was someone to take care of it. Also, like a couple of people have mentioned, the toilet stinks pretty bad, all the time. Some issue with the vent. It carries the combined smell of all toilets. It wasn't a big issue for us, but for people with a sensitive nose, it can be an issue.

Gorgeous & comfortable apartment in a great location! Loads of living space and really comfortable bed, good shower and appreciated the washing machine and the detergent included. The smart TV was also great.

Found communication with the host hard work, like trying to find out where the pool & gym was and the times they were open, and trying to get a hairdryer (which should have been in the apartment). Didn’t seem to want to help and no information given on check in. We also had issues with the toilet where every time we flushed it leaked the soiled toilet water all over the bathroom floor which was highly unhygienic, we tried to get it fixed during our stay as it was stinking the room out but wasn’t successful. The road below is also really noisy all through the night and had to wear earplugs to sleep.

Outstanding ! This spacious apartment surpassed all our expectations in terms of facilities, cleanliness and the service received from the friendly staff at the 24 hour desk and security guards. I would 100% recommend 5 senses at Quill City Everything worked as it should from the multiple air conditioning units to the refrigerator and constant supply of hot water from the water filter machine. The rooms had the most comfortable beds and pillows since coming to Southeast Asia. The showers had great pressure and temperature regulation. What impressed me the most was the effort that had been made in keeping with the name from the large things like the cool marbled flooring and drapes and choice of mood lighting from the various options of artistic light fixtures to the small touches like embroidered robes, artwork on the walls, green plants and the table ready laid out for a three course meal, wine glasses included. The building facilitates such as the gym and pool are also great but you also have the benefit of being connected to a fantastic Mall where you can get anything you might need including a huge supermarket and some great eating places!

Staff are not too friendly

I checked into this hotel after leaving unsafe property I had been booked into. The staff could not have been more helpful or supportive. They even tried to get my booking transferred over, and gave me the best room and the best price possible. The room was great, very spacious, comfortable and clean.

Centrally located, secure, and very well serviced apartment. Great staff at the lobby as well. Small tip - search for 'Quill residences back entrance' on the Grab app if you're taking a cab there, instead of just 'Quill residences' since that'll drop you in front of the mall.

Large spacious apartment in a lovely block. Beds were comfortable. Room was well stocked with cutlery, detergent etc.

Water dispenser didn't dispense cold water. Some of the plugs were broken and one of the bathrooms had a bit of a smell. Also, after checkout, we received phishing links over the booking.com chat!
