Perfect location for us, most places we went were less than a 45min journey. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Beautiful view of the Pearl River. The staff were really helpful, we left something in a taxi and they put in so much effort to help us, calling the taxi company and tracking the taxi number etc. Unfortunately we couldn't find it but the manager tried his best, bearing in mind it was already past midnight and we were checking out at 6am for our flight back. Really great customer service.

The only thing is the hotel looked quite dated. Still really nice but some of the furniture and the bathroom looked quite old.

Staff are polite and with very fast response to our request. Can recognize us and remember our room no. For the exercise facilities, as it is share using adjacent fitness centre's facilities, the gym room is consider large and with nearly 20 different equipments. Has both outdoor and indoor swimming pool. Sizes are also not small. Hotel location is just next to the river, hotel information pamphlet also suggest different jogging routes along the river sides.

Hotel location is a bit far from the nearest Metro ( 五羊邨 Wuyangcun) station. Requires 10 - 15 walking

Really comfortable stay with great facilities and friendly staff.

Would have been great if it was a little cheaper and if it were possible for meituan orders to be delivered to your room using the delivery robot, instead of having to go down to reception to collect it yourself. There was also a weird stain on the sofa in our room.

Booked the king tower view room and my goodness the view was amazing! We caught the subway from the airport to the hotel - one transfer and a 10 min walk which was nice and simple. The bed was very comfortable although the pillows were a little on the softer side. The reception is very grand, the staff are polite and helpful and you can feel the luxury the hotel exudes. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We liked so much the location and the view to the river from our room. As well as that shuttle bus it was so convenience for our business trip. A nice buffet awaiting for us every afternoon at the time our return from Canton Fair. The man who was responsible for our movement with the shuttle bus speaks perfectly English. The neighbor has amazing original Chinese restaurants.... do not miss them!

Hope that the rest staff improve their English as the man that coordinate the boarding and moving with shuttle buses. As well a small renovation in the rooms should bring completely balance between price and facilities.

Layout of the room was good. Fittings and furnishings were of a high standard. Cleanliness could not be faulted. Washroom and shower were excellent. Staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. Would we stay again? Definately.

Breakfast buffet had a good selection, was tasty and everything was hygienic. However, some of the dishes were warm rather than hot.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. It was great value with a great location. The staff were lovely and accommodating!

The western buffet was subpar. We went to the restaurant around 8:30 and was told it would close at 9:30 only to be told a few minutes in that we needed to get our food before 9pm. The food was not kept warm and was barely edible. Overall, it would have been nice if they turned us away rather than rush us and offer us inedible food.

Room size was perfect, comfy bed, staff were absolutely awesome and free water was always available, which was a nice touch.

Thee hotel itself is a bit dated, but if you looked past it, it was an excellent choice on our part and will be staying there again later in the year when we return.

Location is great, easy access to all amenities

Coffee machine in the room wasn’t working, reported to from desk everyday. The machine wasn’t fixed or replaced during the stay. Safe box required to be reset, and no one cared to reset the safe.

The views from our bedroom was WOW, WOW, WOW. We sat by the window w a coffee most night & watch the ever changing colours of Canton Tower & Pearl River. Very interesting & entertaining. The meals at California Cafe were very good & hve a good variety of Chinese & western dishes.

Nothing that we are aware of.
