Really nice price for the location, kitchenette, included breakfast, and King bed. Very clean and quiet.

The shower had really low pressure and didn't get hot, only lukewarm.

The staff at this location was exceptional, and one team member went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. After our first night, we requested a mattress pad for my wife, as the beds were uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we were informed that this location does not provide mattress pads for guests. To our surprise and delight, the lady at the front desk personally brought a mattress pad from her own home and delivered it to our door. This level of care and dedication is rare, and we were incredibly grateful for her kindness and thoughtfulness. Her actions truly made a difference in our stay!

The beds need to be replaced with ones that don't feel like they are made from cardboard.

Outstanding quality Best Western in every way!! Finally, a hotel in Corpus Christi that really meets a high standard of room comfort, amenities, and cleanliness at a reasonable rate. The guest can sleep well on a new well structured mattress and snuggle into freshly sanitized new bedding and extra towels. The soap products are branded and delightful :-)) The room is spacious, up to date, and secure including the safe for valuables. The thoughtful owners take pride and care in their property. It's perfect for families, couples, and working people either remotely, professionally, or locally. Everyone is welcomed here and offered a generous breakfast depending on the rate choice. The coffee is the best by far compared to most hotels in the USA because it is a Nescafe type that provides options and tastes like coffee, not watered down and available for guests to enjoy all day and night :-)) Lastly, if you need a kitchenette, then this is another bonus available for longer stays especially. With heartfelt thanks for all you do for your guests. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT TO GET ANYWHERE QUICKLY, NICE PROPERTY AND AREA VERY CONVIENT NEXT TO WALMART

The location of the hotel was great, it was a 15 minute or so drive to everything we wanted to do in the Corpus Christi area. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and well kept. The location plus the price per night we paid were more than enough to keep this hotel in the running for future stays in the area

One issue we had our entire stay was stocking of breakfast items - both days we were there, it seemed like the hot items were not replenished at the rate they were being consumed, and often had to wait a while for them to be stocked up. The other issue we had were the pillows, even stacked up on top of each other it was like sleeping on a folded towel, and were not very comfortable at all.

I booked the room on booking.com and the was a mix up on the date and it was a nightmare to try to fix and did not get a refund. I stay about 10 times a year in that exact location and never had any problems. Bottom line that will be the last time I will ever use booking. Com. Booking. Com is running your business off.

i didnt make any reservation and it was an urgent situation because of the bad tropical storm thats day and we need a place to stay, so i just walked in asked for room and the guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful, within like 30 minutes i got the room. i liked the breakfast , the staff very good and helpful. i liked the laundry room, the 24/7 coffee station available in the reception area.

The place was decorated so cute with bright colors and very clean. I liked the fancy coffee machine.

When we got to our room, the extra lock was broken, and we called the front desk to report the problem. The maintenance man came immediately to check on it and said he would be back. We decided to use that time to run to get something to eat, so we were gone over 2 hours. When we got back to assumed it was fixed or we would have been notified. But it wasn't fixed, so we had to call the front desk again and they had no update. We were quite annoyed that we had to follow up and asked to move rooms. They were able to accommodate us with the new room right away.

Such a great value for the money. The facilities sparkled. The room was very spacious. The kitchenette we well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. I would most defiantly stay here again and recommend to others.

I'm a bathtub girl. It was a shower only, but the water was super hot!! Yeahhh

Great choice of shampoo and body wash

Obnoxious lighting - way too bright, esp. at night. Noisy A/C. Not great coffee and slow coffee service at breakfast due to reliance on a single machine that does everything from black coffee to cappuccino but only serves one drink at a time Traditional thermos is faster and better.
