Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Not a lot of selections for breakfast but it was what I needed so happy with it.

After I booked on booking.com I called the hotel and requested a first floor room as they do not have an elevator and I am a senior with substantial arthritis. They had no record of my calling and tried to put me on the second floor. They need to keep better records of those calls for special requests.

Breakfast was adequate. Room was excellent (might have been for handicapped). Additional door view port at belt height was delightful safety feature. Sheets were thin but adequate for season. Could not detect debris or hair on floor. Bathroom was large and spotless. Staff were very helpful.

Pool was broken and empty. Front door was broken and half working. Service machine near ice machine was broken.

Good value, very friendly staff, very comfortable room and not far from the highway. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I only stayed a few hours to sleep and continue driving well before breakfast was served.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hot tub was unavailable and the air conditioning unit in Room 222 sounded like something was wrong. It worked but was very noisy when the air would come on.

The location was very convenient, and the Rock River Park was right behind the hotel. The hotel was clean and peaceful. Will stay again.

The room was great. Hallway need some attention and the outside of the building was full of used cigarette butts and weeds. It needs attention.

Pleasant and comfortable room, well-lit, with a good desk for working. Very good value for the money.

It is nice when hotel rooms also include a comfortable chair for sitting (not just a desk chair); this room did not. ' The hotel does not have an elevator.

The staff was so helpful! We are relocating from out of state and they had great insights about the area. The area was quiet and the room was clean and comfortable. My son loved the pool and the work out room.
