For a wedding they gave us all late checkout which was very appreciated. And also a discount on the breakfast. Rooms were clean and of good size.

Breakfast has to be buffet, no menu service and the buffet wasn't the best; a little below average. Way better to just go to the Sanborns restaurant at the corner. Rooms are above the lobby restaurant and they have live music so it's extremely noisy until 11pm. No handicap accessibility; even for people who don't need it, you have to carry your bags up a couple flights of stairs with no elevator. Heard from other people in my group that the AC and TVs on their rooms didn't work, some rooms didn't have complimentary waters, some had irons, some didn't. It's more of a luck situation of getting a full room or an incomplete one.

The best for my family and me was the heated pool. The room was pretty good and the option of having Netflix in the room was a plus for my kids specially. The service we received was excellent, specially from Domingo Rios y Victoria.

our room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the pool is really awesome. we were chilling there in the late evenings and it was super cool. it is a nice place to stay and we got probably the best deal in the city in terms of price/quality for our last-minute booking!

we had an issue with the door lock twice during our stay. the door did not respond, so we had to go to the lobby, and the receptionist did something with the key cards.

The location of the hotel was excellent and it felt very comfortable and family oriented. The staff was friendly and the facilities were in good condition. I would stay again.

WiFi is crap. Is not on all the time. Slow. I had to take a conference call on my phone.

Garden view and heated pool

Shower has very little pressure. The shower door has a gap and the water came out to the floor inundating it Only 3 towels in the bathroom for 4 people. We asked for more towels at the reception but no one brought it.

Good sized room. Heated pool. Quiet location. Staff generally friendly and helpful. Quick service in the restaurant
