We booked two rooms at this hotel to get ready for my wedding day. We booked the king suite. There was so much space and countertops for me and my girls to get ready! My husband and I had breakfast the next day and the food selections were phenomenal!

The blanket from the pull out catch felt like a towel. Some better blankets would be nice. My husband said the TV in his room wasn't working as well.

Cozy feeling, spacious room, nice staff. Breakfast was great!!

Had to pay an addition fee when we got there although we paid in full on booking. No explanation. Plus an additional 10 for parking. The room had a musty smell. The mattress was average comfort. Pay for parking I think is ridiculous.

I liked that there was a small kitchen to use, and the room was nice I loved it I would come back here again because it was so nice nice get away vacation to enjoy for one night and the price was right.

the dead bolt on the door it did not let me close when I tried to leave, I hope they fix it the next time I come back to stay there, it's to easy for anyone to enter or trespass in to the room when its not there's.

Location was awesome closer to my nieces wedding and the mall etc.We were having hard time parking after the wedding because some residents were double parking.The room was excellent conditions and we like the way it set up.The customer service was excellent (Christopher was very helpful.Staff was very friendly.My only suggestion is the entrance way where we staying need a little bit clean.Other than that,,everything is good. I would stay there on my next visit.Thank you

It’s not what we like.We the prize was a little high just for 1 night.Just feel like we are staying in a apartment complex.Especially in San Ramon area where the mall and expensive golf course and a beautiful city hall across the street.

Excellent breakfast, lots of variety, Spacious room.

I was surprised I had to pay to park my car at the hotel ($10 per night). I've never had to do that befroe.

The breakfast was what I expected. The lady attending the cafe was very attentive and kept everything replenished and assisted patrons needing assistance.

Rooms were wonderful for lots of family, there for our daughter's wedding. I truly appreciate the service we received by the staff, especially Laura at the front desk. She really worked with us to accommodate families' rooms near one another and had such a kind, friendly demeanor. We had a non functioning light ballast in one room and it was fixed right away. Very comfortable rooms, great for families. Location was perfect, shopping mall and restaurants within walking distance. Great for kids, as there was a park across the street, a trail directly behind the suites, and a basketball court on site. Also loved the firepit at night. If we ever stay in San Ramon again we will definitely stay here!
