The room was comfortable. The breakfast was really good. Several options, from hot meats and eggs, pancakes, waffles, to cold cereal and yogurts, bagels and toast. Coffee, milk, and juices all offered. Very complete start to the day. The layout of the room provided a sink both in the bathroom, and a vanity with sink outside of the bathroom, making getting ready with multiple family members much easier. We've traveled a lot, and this was new to us.

The only issue we had was that the shower curtain was not long enough to keep the water inside the shower/tub. Water filled the bathroom, and even ran out to the hallway room door. The floor was very slippery and when reported as we were checking out, it was acknowledged that "yeah, sometimes we order shower curtain and the ones we get are just too short." Which may be a very honest and true statement, but not for the guest to hear. The desk clerk did not thank us for reporting it, she did not check to see if we were okay, as a wet floor is a slipping hazard, or if any of our belongings were damaged, if any of the hotel property was in need of immediate attention. As much as it may be a common occurrence, we reported something that could lead to major issues and felt dismissed.

I stay here often. The manager is very nice & really tries to help all her guests. I came in earlier than the check-in time so she had the room made up right away so I could go in about an hour earlier than check-in time. She always takes care of my 2 requests - need downstairs room & a soft bed. Always accommodated! Thank you

This time someone ran into a transformer in the middle of the night & all electricity went out all over the city. Hence, there was no breakfast, no lights to get dressed & was very warm in the room. Not the hotels fault - just circumstances!

Quite location off the main street but yet close to everything. Boat launch was not far from this hotel. Big overflow lot with cameras watching your trucks and boats. With security doing walk arounds. Breakfast was a bit better than what you would normally get with free breakfast.

I really liked the location and the ease of parking and simplicity of being able to find my room. the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great and tasty and the shower has great water pressure.

you have to check in exactly at 3pm or there is a $50 early check in fee and they will tell you you’re unable to check in. I thought that was strange given other hotels are not that strict. the shower head needed some CLR to clean the grime and the linens did have some things one it (possibly lint or hair), and there are no elevators which is an issue if you have a lot of things. Other than that it’s good for the value.

When I finally got the room I paid for it was a very nice comfortable room... I enjoyed the room. Clean too

The front desk customer service marey I think. Rude did not want to help fix the mistake .she put me in a handicap room 1 king bed rt next to the ofc on a busy weekend and a lot of traffic at the room location. When I had originally booked a deluxe room with 2 queen beds. She didn't try to fix it. And did not smile nor was kind. I had to call booking. Com who in turn called her to help fix the problem. Management got involved and asked her to give me what I had originally booked for. Meanwhile her face looked more upset because she had to put me in the room I paid for. 😒 she would not look at me . Thank you booking.com for helping me.

I stay in Best Western Hotels a lot. All of them have the best beds - very comfortable! This one is no exception! Breakfast was the same as all the others - OK/good. Parking lot is right in front of the hotel. Room was very nice & easy to stay in. Liked the 2 sink set-up.

The furniture closet was very short & my dress drug on the bottom. I am only 5'1" so it was "very" "too" short! The area did not feel safe to me. Once in the hotel it was fine, but outside it was "ify". The worst thing was "no elevator". I never saw this on the website I booked from. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known. I am 75 & do not like to carry luggage up a flight of stairs! Hence - I will never stay here again. Sorry!

Breakfast was very good. Manager Crystal Turk was extremely nice in dealing with unexpected duplicate acconodation charge.

Upon registering I had to pay for accomadation even tough I had paid on line to Booking.com. On Feb 20th my visa was credited by Booking.com, the experience was rather disturbing.

The staff at time of check in was very kind! It was pretty clean.

There was a staff person who was rude stating “the kitchen is closed” at the end of breakfast time while her staff were in the common space eating and she tried to deny us food

I really like everything on this hotel, the service is so great, the food really good, nothing bad to say except about parking... There's not enough parking spots for the costumers, we had to park in another building. Besides this, I'm so glad with everything!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

They provided a pack and play for us, but it would've been nice if it was setup in our room in advance. There was also no mattress for it. However, we were able to finally make it work, and the night host was very friendly and helpful in getting us settled in.
