Don't let the motel appearance view from the road fool you. Once checked in had the most wonderful king suite with deck that had mountain views, Amazing comfy beds giant room with full kitchen. Close to all the action that the Parker strip is known for. Close to Foxes floating bar, and Roadrunner's floating bar, Pirates den waterfront dinning and bar.

Ideally located midway in a nice hamlet on lower Colorado River in AZ-95 corridor between state parks, scenic viewpoints, recreation trails, and wildlife refuges. Owner personally greets each arriving guest and makes sure they are properly situated, which is important for many towing watercraft, OHV's and other gear. I was looking for the Tesla destination charger and was given a room right next to the spot for that. For those driving non-Tesla EV's there is also a ChargePoint charger.

Inevitably there are flies down by the river, and even with good screens on the windows, occasionally a persistent one will follow the guest inside when the door is open. An electronic fly zapper costs about $40 at Walmart and perhaps there should be one to loan out to guests. Although in all fairness I did not mention this to the owner.

We love taking back roads and happy our travels took us here. Mike was super welcoming and pointed us in the right direction to good food and a nice hike. Awesome free ev charging!! So appreciative of places/folks that offer charging, bonus when it is included in your room cost.

It was in the perfect location and had everything we needed. The AC worked well, the full size fridge was awesome, and it was nice having some counter space for breakfast.

The shower was a little dirty.

I can't say enough about how friendly the host was. He greeted us as we arrived and told us great places for our paddle boarding and hiking activities. 3 adults stayed in a room with a kitchenette and it was perfect. It was so clean and provided everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. The host even went above and beyond to get a Keurig coffee maker for our coffee pods. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Parker.

I loved that it’s a quite place, very clean and comfortable. The manager was super nice and made sure we had everything we need. He took us to our suite and was very helpful. We had a nice room with a big kitchen and balcony. When I was cooking I noticed I needed a can opener, I called the office and he came immediately with one. WiFi was excellent, despite the remote location. Very happy with our stay.

Mike was great , good Host. Area is beautiful --- don;t be put off by the plane Jane exterior of the building .

Stove light did not work , door buckled , difficult to use deadbolt. Some road noise , but over all , excellent

Very comfortable, clean, updated and everything you need for a great stay! Manager was very pleasant and helpful. We were on motorcycles for a yearly event, and the weather was rainy and the parking was great! Third year staying here. Will be back next year!

The beds were comfy and when we needed a couple more pillows, Mike was very accommodating. We stayed two nights. The second night we used the BBQ that was on site and had a nice meal at the motel. I would recommend Harbour Inn to my friends and relatives. Well done.
