Just what I was hoping for. A small, independent B&B with a hostess that wanted to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Lovely location and the B&B itself was clean, looked after and clearly loved both as a home and a business. The breakfast was generous and well cooked. More significantly for me, the fruit salad was fresh and contained a lot of different types of fruit. It's a small detail, but significant and important to those who are at a point in life where fruit becomes more important than fat!

More a quibble than a problem but the water pressure in the shower was low. Weirdly, not for the taps that fed directly to the bath, just the shower.

The room was tastefully decorated to a theme and everything had been thought of to make the stay as comfortable as possible: tea/coffee/hot chocolate and cookies, tv (should that be your inclination) and WiFi, a mini fridge, an information booklet for scenes in the area and even binoculars to watch the animal life and scenery (which was so peaceful and beautiful). The host is kind and thoughtful and cooks up a great breakfast. I left absolutely stuffed! I would have been very happy to spend more than one night for a bit of a retreat weekend there! It is a very calming environment.

Nice room, nice bathroom in the room. Good tv with Freeview and teletext. Lovely breakfast. Great view from the breakfast room and the bedroom. Nice and quiet most of the time. Angela is a very friendly and efficient host.

I was too hot at night. The duvet was too thick. My room was above the kitchen and maybe that's why it was too hot. The walls seem a bit thin as it took me a while to get to sleep as people in the next room were talking. I had some difficulties with getting the room key and lock to work. I had some difficulty on the first night to get wifi, but Angela helped me on the second day to get wifi connection.

A warm welcome to a beautiful house from a very friendly host. The room was warm and comfortable with everything I needed and wonderful views. Well presented bathroom. The fridge was stocked with water and fresh milk and roomy enough for provisions. Lots of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits provided in the room. Excellent breakfasts with fresh fruit, cereals and full English on offer. Good on-site parking. A small local general store and several eateries within the village and surrounding area.

we liked everything about the property. Angela was a great host. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having milk and water in a fridge in the room was a real bonus. The breakfast was delicious with a range of food on offer - fruit, yogurt, cereals, granola, juice, marmalade, lemon curd, honey & the full English breakfast. So good for a small place and the breakfast room had such a lovely view out over the garden and the Malvern hills. it was quiet and very homely.

Our bedroom was well appointed with the welcome addition of a small fridge in the wardrobe so no noise. Breakfast was very beautifully cooked, well presented and hot. The location of the property was perfect for our requirements and gave us chance explore more of this area.

We liked it all. Our only suggestion is that as the shower is over the bath the addition of a slip mat would have been helpful for those who have difficulty in getting into a bath.

The location, in the heart Worcestershire was ideal for us and utterly beautiful in the May sunshine. The reception was warm and the room was delightfully appointed, with a fantastic view from the window. The breakfast (around a large table, shared with other guests that was conducive to friendly conversation) was attractively presented and delicious. Our hostess was helpful with suggestions for finding a place for our evening meal.

The Nightingale is a traditional farmhouse bed and breakfast with undoubtedly the best breakfast I’ve had in a long long time , the ingredients were top quality and it was beautifully cooked and presented. The ambiance is exquisite , the value for money is exceptional . You would have to search far and wide to find somewhere matching this guest house

The place is fabulous in every way. Angela is simply a tour de force. I have no idea how she hosts such a tastefully furnished house and extensive immaculate garden while also being a relaxed and welcoming hostess. This is a unique venue, the family are charming and warmly hospitable. Breakfast is superb. Everyone who stays here is bound to return. Extremely relaxing stay.. I can't wait to go again.

A good location with a beautiful garden and lovely views to the hills. Our room was a good size and all spotlessly clean with nice comfy beds. The breakfasts were absolutely gorgeous and nothing was too much trouble for Angela who made us so very welcome. We would certainly stay there again.
