I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay for parking when the hotel was surrounded by car parking slots. I was informed that this was because they had been sold off to a private company I was annoyed that there was an extra £3 charge for poached eggs Even though it was stated food and drink was available in the executive lounge from 6-9 the food was removed at 8

Bed was very large. Room was nice and spacious. Location was ideal, very close to centre of city. Rooms were nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and had umbrellas on hand for a rainy day.

We were surprised that for the very large hotel, that only one espresso machine that was working. There were other machines there, but weren't on. A bit of of a line-up to make your coffee. We arrived 20 minutes early for the restaurant that opened at six pm. Staff, which included the host told us they were still setting up tables. When we returned at 6:10 pm, the same staff member told us that reservations were needed and that the earliest available slot was 8:30 pm! Why did the host or the receptionist at check-in not advise us that reservations were required??

The breakfast was fantastic! Lovely and hot. Lots of choice. The dining room was spacious and well run. Staff were welcoming and efficient. The bed was huge and VERY comfortable. Our room was spotless and well maintained. Shower was lovely and powerful with a good choice of toiletries. We only stayed for one night but could easily have stayed longer to use the additional facilities. Can't wait to return! Perfect location for exploring Stratford.

The pool was very small and we didn't realise the sauna was along the corridor until it was too late. (Our fault for not checking though).

Excellent service in this perfectly located hotel - we visited for an RSC production and the hotel couldn’t have been in a better location. Easy to park, and so close to the theatre and restaurants. We have stayed in Stratford-upon-Avon before, but this was by far the best hotel for service, convenience and location. We didn’t eat here, so can’t comment on that, but rooms were very comfortable and we enjoyed drinks in the bar after the theatre and teas/coffees the morning of our departure. All the staff we encountered were lovely, and that makes all the difference. We will definitely return.

Whilst not the most attractive looking building in Stratford from the outside, the interior was of a very good standard, fresh, modern and friendly. The room was a good size, very clean and well presented with a terrifically comfortable bed. The staff were all very helpful and polite and the breakfast was also excellent. The location was perfect for the theatre and main town restaurants - and although I didn't use the pool and gym facilities, they appeared to be excellent and I would definitely use on return visits. The car parking was also most convenient and with plenty of capacity and the additional cost was not unreasonable compared to similar hotels - I would definitely use again for my next trip.

Great location with easy parking. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A lovely welcome from Reception who provided all necessary information. At breakfast the Maitre’d ensured a member of the waiting team looked after the Coeliac guest. They took the order, directed the kitchen and delivered a large, well-cooked breakfast. Really great service.

The room we had was dated and would benefit from a refresh. The shower was poor and the whole bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should be. Really needs updating. The room was comfortable and we slept well.

Hotel is perfect for visiting Stratford as it's right in the centre. The breakfast is excellent - lots of choice. The room was clean. The pool facilities are very good. The sauna was out of order when we visited, which was a shame but things do break down sometimes. The jacuzzi and steam room were all fine. The staff are very polite and friendly.

Nothing. We did have to pay for parking at the hotel - £12 for 24 hours. The staff did extend the parking for free on the day of check out so we could stay in town for the day and make the most of our trip. Just something to bare in mind. This certainly wouldn't stop us using the hotel again as it's ideal for theatre trips.

We were able to park in the hotel car park despite there being the Christmas Market on. We also had an early check in which was an added bonus. Hotel was walking distance to the town centre. Lovely Christmas atmosphere and friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect with lots to choose from too. The food, soft drinks and wine in the club room were very nice.

Club room beer had changed to draught as opposed to the bottles they used to offer in the fridges. We were advised it was Becks but it tasted nothing like Becks and was quite flat. We were disappointed that our room didn’t offer Sky TV as on previous visits we had this facility at this hotel.

The hotels location for visiting the theatre and town centre is ideal, just a 5 mins walk away. Parking at the hotel is easy to find and plentiful. The receptionist added an extra day to the parking so we could spend the day in town after checking out. And also kindly gave my daughter a complimentary breakfast, as we were originally going to skip breakfast as she eats so little it wouldn't have been worth us buying one. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean & comfortable, everything worked and it was quiet & peaceful, despite being in the Christmas holidays. The pool was great & the changing room was clean. I had a lovely quiet swim. We had breakfast at 9am and the were no queues and the food was lovely and refilled constantly. I can't fault the hotel and would definitely recommend.

The leisure club opened at 8am instead of the usual 6.30, so I only had time for a swim not the gym. Probably should have had the revised times on the email that was sent the day before, but it didn't spoil our stay.

I liked everything. 1. Beautiful hotel. 2. very clean. 3. Everything in working order. vanity mirror not working in room. 4. Breakfast organised with a wide variety. 5. Evening meal was great. 6. location great. 8. Great pillows loved the pillows, not hard but fluffy.

Can't complain about anything but little things. Not sure when they freshen rooms as at 5pm rooms were still not replaced with towels etc , we had to ask in the end and even them not everything we needed was replaced. The bed was too hard for me, but that's my own personal issue, I like soft beds. Staff. They don't seem overly warm .The breakfast staff were nice especially the older gentleman .
