We stayed for 7 nights .From the moment we arrived to the time we left all the staff where very welcoming and helpful .Our room was very tidy and clean . There was plenty of tea and coffee in the room. They gave us bottled water as well There was a fan in the room that was a great help on warrm night . There was plenty of choice for breakfast. There was a hot buffet breakfast some days when they where busy . And some days came to the table to ask what you wanted it was very good .The hotel was in a good place to go to the castle and very close to the shops. It was nice to come back in the evening and relax in your bedroom . The bed was very comfy had a good night sleep Would come and stay again .I hope the are not going to loose the caricature of the place. When is done up .
The shower was a bit small . But I know they are going to refurbish the hotel . It would be nice if we had a place to keep your bottled water cold .

Great central location. Old building with creaky floors and uneven walls. Loved it. Good varied bar and reasonable prices. Room was clean. Buffet breakfast on the Sunday, and served cooked breakfast on the Monday. Be aware there are different times for breakfast on different days. No made clear to us.
No curtains at the window in the room, just flimsy thin blinds that allowed for way too much light in the morning waking me up at 05.00/06.00. Obviously I don’t know if this is every room or just ours (room 2). We were advised to park at West rock car park when we arrived, a 5-10 min walk, but there were closer parking areas as we discovered later, admittedly very small areas, but they were closer than westrock

Firstly, the customer service was truly beyond expectation. We were greeted by a lovely Australian lady (sorry, I didn't catch a name!) who was simply wonderful. Friendly, accommodating, kind to our toddler. Nothing was a problem for her and she made everything from check in to check out easy. She was the one we had the most interaction with, but everyone was excellent. Other great things: - the central location and proximity to the castle - the seamless integration of clean, modern design with the historic architecture - the simply delicious breakfast
Hardly anything that can be helped, but because of the old building, the floors are uneven and so we slept on a slight slope with our feet pointing up!

Very central well appointed hotel. Dinner very good especially the small plates and panna cotta desert. Breakfast not so good as the fried eggs were solid by 8.45am and bacon and sausages under cooked for our liking.
the stairs as one of us has an arthritic knee and we were on the 2nd floor, however, it's an old building so a lift would be unusual. We were in a twin room and the bathroom was very small. We only had a one night stay so it wasn't too much of an issue. Our room overlooked the road and it was quite noisy beginning very early morning. We would stay here again but request a quieter room.

Lovely staff - SONIA is awesome. The most loveliest and non judgmental, down to earth, fair staff member ever. So personable and really really friendly. She took so much time with my 5 kids and family and we’re a lot for anyone to deal with. Nice books for kids in hall. Cute bunk bed. Lovely bath soaps. Nice tea stuff in room. WiFi tv in family room. Nice wall paper. Stones throw away from Warwick castle and the high street.
Floor extremely lopsided but was expected from an older building. Shower pressure is not great. No fridge in family rooms.

Single room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh. Bathroom very clean and perfect for one. Hotel in great location and the staff were really friendly making check-in super fast and easy. Breakfast staff were polite and helpful and check out was a breeze. Limited on site car parking but plenty of paid parking nearby.
Window only stayed open with a small wooden wedge - would have been nice to have a longer wedge to allow for a larger opening.

The location is in centre of town so very handy for shopping. As I have disabilities we had ground floor room which was appreciated. But if you are very restricted in movement ie. A wheel chair i don't think this hotel would suit you as there is a lot of small and larger flights of stairs and no lifts The breakfast was very nice and good quality and displayed buffet style. Only one point I would raise would be that the serving plates were cold. Therefore the food went cold quickly. Suggest they have a heated plate container next to serving table. At breakfast.
Heated plates at breakfast.

The room was quite spacious and the bed was firm and comfortable. The bathroom had both bath and shower (always welcome for me) and it was clearly quite newly fitted. The breakfast was good with freshly cooked fare and the restaurant served good food in the evening. The hotel's position on Jury Street makes it both attractive and convenient for the castle, the town and the Lord Leycester Hospital.
Some of the light fittings were unreliable and room-doors were a trifle tatty. However, these didn't detract from the overall appeal of this historic establishment.

Staff was friendly. Hotel location good. Comfortable bed and clean room. Food was good.
Parking issues. Shower to small, in bathroom. At dinner time drinks menu - when ordering drinks was informed that cocktails not available any more, but we're not informed at the beginning. We were given time for breakfast, but when we came everything was gone and we have to chase up and ask staff few times to re fill it. Even was no glasses for juice ( empty jugs from juice, no coffee or tea).

We arrived around lunch time and parked in the hotel carpark with no troubles , it is first come first serve. we were greeted by a friendly receptionist, the hotel staff were lovely and accommodating - it was quite busy but the hotel had plenty of staff which showed . The hotel has a nice vibe we enjoyed our lunch in the bar and were pleased with the value £9.50 for a steak ciabatta, and skin on fries . Breakfast was buffet style , plenty to choose from and warm enough again breakfast staff very attentive . Great location would stay again
We would stay again but request a room not a the front of the hotel , the noise was quite loud from the road and we were woken up earlier by the road sweeper - not a deal breaker as the room was very very clean and well furnished
