Location was amazing, 2 minute walk to market place and booked parking at Sainsbury's which was almost next door and very reasonable for 3 days. All staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was of a good standard and was organised well. Had dinner at pub on the first night which was lovely and good value. Lovely beer garden to rear with plenty of seating. I thought it was great value for money to stay so close to the town and over a bankholiday. We also didn't find noise was an issue and slept well.
Room was on second floor and got hot at night. Did have a fan but it was still a bit hot for us. No air con due to the age of the building and I did know this before booking so not really a complaint just what I found difficult to manage. Bathroom was tiny but we did manage. Room had everything we needed and was to a good standard.

From the minute we walked in, to the minute we checked out, there was nothing, but friendly polite staff members. From explaining the breakfast and restaurant arrangements, where they used your room number for your table, to giving directions to places in Warwick or if you wanted to go out of town. We were about 10 minutes walk to the center and another 5 minutes to the castle. Food was exceptional and reasonable prices and a good choice of dishes and beverages. They really did try to make you feel at home. Even the locals were very friendly.
Can't really think of anything we didn't like, only the room we had could probably have a little more colour to it, but that is more personal preference.

Within walking distance of the bars and restaurants in the square. The staff were friendly and attentive. Bed and room were comfortable and they provided a good breakfast. Manager/owner was very helpful and was easy to talk to. We would definitely stay there again if going back to Warwick.
Unfortunately on the Friday night it was very loud in the bar until 1.30am. It was probably a one off though as on the Saturday night it was very quiet. The manager was apologetic and handled our gripe very well when we told him about our lack of sleep. It was a pleasure to find someone with such a pleasant outlook on customer service.

We stayed in the four poster room and it was lovely, spacious, and clean. Loved that the hotel is really old, so there are beams and wonky floors and the decor and furniture is in keeping with style/age. Bathroom was really spacious with a huge bath, but as we only stayed one night with little time, we didn’t get to use it unfortunately. Breakfast choice was limited on the continental side, but ample, and the cooked option of your choice was a great addition. It’s a bonus that there is some parking, but spaces are limited (about 5 without being blocked in)
Have to be careful when using the shower as the hot water is HOT, and the mixing of the taps was a little hit and miss.. possibly just us? We opted for breakfast at half 8 which we thought was average/early, but when we went down it felt late as we had to ask for most of the help yourself items (bread for toast, milk, juice, and the butter also ran out). It seemed that all except us and two other guests had already eaten. Made us feel a little awkward and rushed. Not negative enough to outweigh our positives about breakfast though!

Great location for sight seeing. Free parking is a bonus. Lovely pub with great beer garden. Room and bathroom very clean. Stayed in the family room as this was only one remaining. Very friendly and efficient staff. Bed super comfy. Very nice breakfast. Don’t like Tapas so didn’t use the restaurant. Would I stay here again if in Warwick - 100%
Walls quite thin, guessing beds both up to same wall as could hear guy next door snoring night one and a mobile phone ringing night two. We actually thought it was our phone. Breakfast window only 8-9, was told kitchen closed at 9 but guests came after that time and were given cooked breakfasts. Toilet a little pongy when we arrived and a few times throughout our stay, guessing the drains as the place is 400 years old.

Owner and staff were very helpful and friendly.Food in restaurant was good but quite expensive , It was decorated very nicely though with attractive bar . Breakfast was really good with large portions . Really central location . Good selection of beers and a beer garden to rear . Parking for cars at rear . Great central location for the town and travelling to nearby attractions, Recommend the Castle which is a great day out particularly with kids
Decorations were acceptable but could be finished to a higher standard, there were a couple of small faults with the bathroom in one of our rooms but the owner was not aware and said would get them fixed immediately.

As I've scored, lovely staff, clean comfortable rooms. Lovely food. Would stay again. Great location.
The only thing I would say is that breakfast can be misleading, depending on the staff. Our waiter on the 2nd was more informative. I did see other guests not realising they had to get thier own toast, they weren't sure how to make a cup of tea etc. The breakfast offered was lovely, and the cooked breakfast was perfect.

A lovely pub with hotel facilities, they also have a restaurant available which the food smelled really good however we only stayed one night so we didn’t try it out as we wanted to explore! Rooms was all very clean and tidy, comfy beds! Only a short 5 minute walk to the centre and 10/15 to Warwick castle! Lots of things to do on the doorstep!
Parking was full when we arrived as only a small car park so we had to pay around the corner which was £12 for 24 hours. Breakfast is included but only served from 8am until 9am which is a little early for myself, would prefer 10am!

The room was clean and comfortable, although with storm Darragh the curtains were blowing. Considering the hotel was on a main road and opposite Sainsbury’s it was very quiet. The landlord and staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. We ate in the bar on Friday night and I couldn’t fault the food at all. You need to have the 3 milk cake (it sounds much better in Spanish), it was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like. Parking was a bit tight but we managed okay. It would have been nice to have a couple of arm chairs in the room but that’s not really an issue.
