Room very well presented and lots of thought gone into comfort eg small plug-in light by bathroom door for night use, milk in fridge. Excellent choice of teas and coffees. Small coffee machine with pods if wanted. Bed very comfortable Breakfast choices excellent - hot and cold. Large choice of fruit given and numerous types of jams etc. Easy walking distance into Stratford. Parking in front of house. Host very welcoming and helpful with directions and map of Stratford given. Slippers given to wear as no shoes allowed upstairs. Our room was upstairs but there are some rooms in small units outside

Disappointing that no complementary biscuits given. In fact notice in bold type stating no eating to take place in room. Would have preferred to not eat breakfast in family kitchen but food was excellent.

Very warm welcome, it was meeting an old friend at ease instantly with the owner Jeannie. Fantastic breakfast quality and quantity exceptional could not do enough for us. Very helpful with information for local attractions. Don’t normally do reviews but this was an excellent experience and definitely deserves a great review, would stay here again when we visit the area again. Room was 5 star plus nicely decorated and lots of little touches to make you feel at home.

The welcome and service were simply outstanding, and the facilities were outstanding. We stayed in the garden room, where nothing had been overlooked - every item and firnishing was top class. The host could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was exceptional; lots of options, a fresh and superbly cooked, full English, and again, everything had been thought through and smacked of quality. Very easy to recommend, and we are 100% sure it will still exceed your expectations.

No 82: Everything was exceptional ! We received a very warm welcome from our host Jeannie, the room was very spacious with everything you could possibly want, great facilities great sleep. The Breakfast was amazing really to much for us, cooked breakfast, serial, fruit and a great deal more!! The location was very good 10-15 min walk to the town, parking available.

We like our own company and would like to eat at our own table for breakfast when we definitely return.

We arrived later than planned but Jeannie welcomed us warmly and promptly helped us settle in. She suggested options for places to have dinner as we missed the reservation we had booked. Our room was lovely and had everything we could possibly need, and more. Instructions for the coffee maker, shower and other items were clear and helpful. Jeannie was so helpful!! We had a delicious full breakfast before leaving. I’d definitely No. 82 to other travelers.

It was all excellent.

It was very welcoming and we were given coffee and cake on arrival. The room was beautiful and tastefully furnished with views over the garden. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of room for toiletries and very good shower and very clean We were able to park right outside the door and was 15 min walk into the centre of town. Breakfast was served in the kitchen and partly buffet and hot menu served perfectly.

There really wasn’t anything to not like.

I loved everything about No. 82. Jeannie is an amazing hostess and really has got everything down to a fine art, being extremely accomodating and organised yet relaxed and friendly. Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Super breakfast choices too. I am happy to absolutely recommend staying here. If anyone rated less than 10 out of 10, then they have problems!!

There is nothing detrimental that I can possibly say. I am quite fussy and expect to get what I pay for. I would have expected a much higher price tag. Exceptionally good value.

We have stayed at numerous properties over the years, and always found something that could have been done better, however in this case Perfection has not only been achieved but surpassed. From the moment you arrive and are greeted by the amazing Jeannie offering warm drinks and cake, to the time you leave “if you can bear to do so”, nothing is too much trouble; our room was amazing, spotlessly clean, and meticulously prepared to suit our every need. As a Coeliac sufferer eating out is very often difficult however being a fellow suffer Jeannie has everything covered offering amazing breakfasts that I could fully enjoy without the worry of doing so, and it was an honour to become an official member of team Gluten-free. So if you are looking for somewhere special that really does go that extra mile, then look no further No 82 is quite Simply BETTER than all the rest.. “Don’t tell everyone though” or we won’t be able to get back there again.. and trust me we will be!!!

Jeannie was the perfect host. She looked after us brilliantly. Could not have been more helpful and always smiling. The room was fabulous - spotlessly clean, very spacious, great facilities and a bed to die for! we slept like babies. The breakfast was amazing, everything you could wish for and more - fruit juices, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereals, full english, toast, preserves, pastries all beautifully presented, top quality and cooked to perfection. You will not leave hungry!

Absolutely nothing Jeannie should be very proud of herself - she puts her heart and soul into the business and it is a credit to her. She treats you like her best friends and is just lovely.
