Perfect location and very welcoming staff with clean and relaxing atmosphere and environment and a bonus on having parking facilities.

Could have done with better coffee machine in the room or clear instructions on how to use it... had to search for instructions on YouTube, and even then, it didn't work great. Also, it would have been nice to have had 2 of each of the ite.s in the room, such as 2 packs of popcorn, 2 hot chocolates, seen as though there were 2 of us. Finally, the lighting was very temperamental as had to mess about with the 'many' switches and dimmers to operate them successfully.

On arrival I rang ahead and spoke to a very polite lady who told us where we could park. We arrived in reception and was met by a very friendly member of staff, I want to say her name was Millie but i can't be sure. She was brilliant and got us to our room explaining the history on the way. She told us about the room and asked if we need anything else before she left us. The room was outstanding, clean, well decorated and had a good stock in the fridge that were complimentary. We had a fantastic time walking around and staff were always smiling and making you feel welcome. The breakfast was beautiful the next day and we were very well looked after. On departure we were told we could keep the car in the carpark whilst we did our mystery guide. It was a fantastic stay and we got to de-stress before my husband has his big operation to remove his brain tumour.

Expensive considering breakfast isn't included. At one point on the Saturday night the bar area was so busy that we had to wait forever to be served and had no where to sit! And this is as Residents of the hotel! I appreciate you can't foresee the amount of walk ins you may have but there were areas of the closed off Restaurant that could have been offered and weren't. It's not like we're rowdy teens, we're a couple in our 50s!! We are house trained! We were offered to sit in the corridor in Reception which we declined funnily enough. We did request a room change as ours was noisy on the front of the hotel and were given a complimentary upgrade which was a kind gesture.

Wonderful blend of the old and new, very comfortable bed, nice en-suite, great choice at breakfast. Fantastic location in the heart of Stratford upon Avon. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Room was on the small side but it was in a part of the hotel we asked to stay in so that’s ok. Although the staff were lovely during our stay, before we arrived I encountered a not very helpful member of staff after I received an email asking what my preference of room was (Tudor, Georgian or Contemporary). This staff member refused to engage with me because I’d booked through Booking.com, even though the email had come from the hotel. The staff member was officious, unfriendly and made me feel second class for using Booking.com. It’s a shame because otherwise the whole experience was very enjoyable.

I had an accident outside of the hotel. Had to go to A&E in Warwick for 9 hours: fractured wrist. The Hotel were outstanding and did so much to help especially Danny, on front desk and Helen & Kimberley. Nothing was too much trouble extending the room and then for another night. Danny organised temporary insurance for someone to drive my car home. Then at Breakfast, Paula brought everything I needed to the table and prepared it for me on two mornings. We ate beautiful food for dinner on the second night. I now know what Boutique Hotel means: A team of people, problem solvers, prepared to do what it takes to provide excellent service to guests. Thank you from me to all of them!

It could not have been better!

We did not have breakfast this time so cannot comment. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and really appreciated the hotel getting in touch prior to our visit to make our stay more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the hotel is just lovely and we could not have asked for a better location which was so quiet.

My partner has a spinal condition and both him and I felt the mattress was quite firm and the pillows really need replacing to something more in keeping with the room/hotel standard as they were lumpy and small.

Staff were lovely throughout the whole stay. I couldn't fault them. The breakfast was delicious and generous. The room was clean, facilities great and nicely decorated. We had a lovely trip and the hotel was so central, fantastic to walk around the town.

I sadly didn't find the bed in our room very comfortable. I struggled to sleep through the night. However my partner slept ok, so It could have just been my preference. It wasn't something I flagged at the time and I'm sure if I had, the hotel would have been more than happy to sort it. .

My stay (and my friend’s stay) at Indigo was simply exceptional! The beauty of the hotel, and the cleanliness were simply outstanding. I’ve never enjoyed staying at a hotel as much I did this time. The warmth, the politeness and the friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff was also exceptional. I didn’t try the food but the cappuccino I had, was the best in the town, even better than the best listed cafe! I will definitely be back! Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable.

I tried very hard to find something, but I didn’t succeed!

The location is fabulous, you are in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon with everywhere you want to go to within walking distance. The rooms are fabulous and look amazing. The breakfast gave you a wide choice to choose from; cooked breakfasts or continental so there should be something for everyone. The staff as well are extremely friendly. There really was very little to dislike.

Very little. My only personal issue was that in my bedroom, there was a constant hum or noise coming from an air vent. It didn't really bother my girlfriend, but it did sometimes frustrate me getting off to sleep. Not a deal-breaker though.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was nicely laid out and bed was comfortable. Very clean. Nice touch with the free mini bar and the birthday Prosecco for my friend.

We were disappointed as the website intimated that the hotel car park was not available and to park in the local NCP at a cost of £14 per 24 hours. When we arrived at the hotel we overheard staff telling a different guest that they could park in the car park and there was plenty of space! Appreciate there are limited parking spaces but perhaps some rewording in the website would be useful for guests
