Location and breakfast first class. The landlady was lovely and could not do enough for us.

When I booked this accomodation I was under the impression that it had a seperate setee to enjoy watching the TV etc. I was placed in a family room where there was one double and a single in a seperate room. Overall I was able to sit on the single bed and watch TV but this would not have been my first choice! I am unsure weather or not this was at Booking.com where this misleading information caused the issue. That said I did not raise this with the landlady as she was lovely and the room/s were comfortable albeit was not what I thought I had booked.

Travelled with my husband and 5yo daughter. We had a great stay at Green Haven. We arrived before the actual check-in time and the hosts were kind enough to let us leave the car in the parking lot. The location is perfect as is a short walk to the city centre and the main town's attractions. The room was big & cozy and comfortable with a private bathroom. Everything was super clean, spotless. The breakfast was great. Really nice and delicious food. Freshly made every morning. We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay and we recomand staying here if you plan staying in Stratford-upon-Avon.

We received a warm welcome on arrival and all our questions on the locality answered. It was clear that everything in the guest house was spotless. Our daughter had her own area in the family room with TV and we had our area with TV and en suite. It was clear the owners took pride in the property which provided parking and was so close to the centre of Stratford that we walked into town after enjoying a superb cooked breakfast. I would recommend this wonderful property to anyone visiting Stratford, we will certainly return again in the future.

The breakfast was very good and it so nice to have a breakfast included in the price. It is not always convenient to get one's own breakfast when staying in an air bnb. Our host was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very clean and, although small, was big enough. The location was just right as we could walk into Stratford and we were far enough away from the fair (which we had no idea was taking place) not to be disturbed by the noise.

There was nothing we didn't like and we would stay at Green Haven again.

What we did like was we phoned ahead to say that we would be arriving around 1330 when we arrived our host had our room ready so that we could unpack. Breakfast was loveley freshly cooked and a good choice The proprietor was lovely and could not do enough to make you feel welcome If you are looking for guest house that is clean and within a 10 minute walk to the centre of Stratford I would recommend Green Haven.

The car park only held 6 cars Depending on the number of guest who had cars I would advise you to to reverse park

The Host (Lucy) is warm-hearted and considerate. After traveling on an over-night flight, we checked in early to a very clean and quiet room which we can take a quick rest before we start to explore the town by foot. It is very accessible to major tourist attraction. The breakfast next day is delicious and the atmosphere is relaxing. Will definitely recommend to stay here if you are visiting Stratford-Upon-Avon.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. It was only a short walk into the main street so we didnt have to worry about finding somewhere to park the car. The room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable.

This didnt bother us but maybe some people would not like having to walk up the stairs to get to the bedrooms. There was a room downstairs so maybe organise with the property if you prefer ground floor.

Good location not far from the town centre, with a petrol station next door which is useful for a quick bit of shopping. The guest house was very clean with the standard facilities of tea/coffee, tv, a small but neat bathroom and comfy bed. Breakfast was very tasty and had a decent cooked choice. The plate is not over filled if you have the cooked option which was good, and the breakfast options also include cereal and yogurt if you want. The hosts are very pleasant and keep a really clean place.

This is a super little Guest House within easy walking distance of the town of Stratford on Avon and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. We felt very safe walking back from the theatre late at night, in well-lit streets (about 12 minutes walk). The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hostess was lovely. A really good breakfast is included in the price, including a vegetarian option. I can't recommend this Guest House too highly. Parking in Straford was surprisingly easy and resonable if you wished to drive in.

Room was on ground floor as requested, small but had everything we needed, even somewhere to put our case. Very comfortable. Breakfast was good, fresh and high quality bacon and sausage. Each table had a small white ceramic pot on it, labelled to show that it was for rubbish - the usual breakfast detritus that can clutter the table such as butter and jam packaging. What a BRILLIANT idea!

The orange juice at breakfast was not to my taste.
