This is an old property, which oozes charm. Set in an idyllic location, with the quaint village to one side, (with a superb pub/restaurant 5 mins walk away) and rolling fields and fishing lakes to the other, it is the perfect location to unwind and recharge. We stayed in Katrina’s room, which was large, with a super comfy king size bed, en-suite bathroom with roll top bath and corner shower. It has everything you need within it, and views overlooking the fisheries, fields and gardens. The rest of the house is filled with beautiful furniture, and has such a relaxed atmosphere. The owner, Sue, is the perfect host. She met us upon arrival, and we were provided with coffee and cake. She also makes the most delicious cooked breakfasts. We stayed for three nights at this property, and will certainly be returning.
Absolutely nothing - it was perfect!

Very friendly welcome from our host. Our stay exceeded all expectations. Bedroom was very spacious and clean with a lovely view over the garden and lake. Breakfast was substantial and lots of choice. Bed was very comfortable. Short walk to the village pub and ideal for lovely walks. Ideally situated for visits to Stratford, Warwick and Coventry.
Nothing.

Both breakfasts we had were excellent. First morning we had scabble eggs on toast, second morning a Full English. Good choice of options and served quickly, Beautiful breakfast room. The location was excellent, situated on the outskirts of the village in a 15th century Farmhouse full of history. Good parking facilities.
Absolutely nothing

The warm welcome we received on arrival - with tea and fresh scones served within minutes - set the scene for our stay. The king-sized room was very comfortable (and quiet) with spacious en suite facilties. Breakfasts were excellent. And of course the property itself is of historic interest. We would not hesitate to stay here again. A real find.
Our stay was enjoyable in all respects - there was nothing not to like. Our hosts clearly work hard behind the scenes to make this such a success.

Sue the host was very welcoming and helpful. We had early starts so we would miss breakfast but we were offered alternative options. Juice, milk, fruit already in the fridge, tea and coffee provided. The bed was large and very comfortable, good powerful shower, very clean and parking outside the room. Not too far from the M40 Gaydon junction

The breakfast was excellent. Nice company. The "view" of the room was a disappointment (our parking space), but the main house, grounds and area were exceptional. The hosts were lovely and very helpful when we got a flat tire! The attached photo is on the property!
Nothing, save the "view" through the room windows.

This is the third year I have stayed at Churchill Farm. It is very quaint and quirky. The rooms I have stayed in have always been very comfortable. The wifi is excellent and breakfast is to die for. Sets you up for the day. I shall be back again next year.
There really is nothing not to like.
