Stunning decor and ideal location, lovely idea to have a terrace looking over the river. Basic facilitates provided - kettle, iron, bath and rainfall shower, coffee and tea. Would be ideal to stay in for a few days as also has a washing machine and dishwasher, TVs with sky and netflix etc.

We were really unclear on how to check in - ended up going into The Terrace restaurant below to ask and find out that is what we're supposed to do. Could've had a bit more of a thorough clean as tops of some things very dusty - and single glazed windows so a bit chilly and noisy, although we kept heat in by closing the curtains.

Location was good right in heart of where we wanted to be. Nice and clean . Would recommend to anybody . Staff where help full and as we were an older party moved us down from the penthouse to middle floor ,so as not so many stairs to climb.

Not enough dishes . Was advertised with a bath and had two showers instead. Could not get the TV as it only works with an app.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous with en suite bathrooms in each bedroom and comfortable beds. The kitchen lounge area is spacious, but the absolute highlight is the private terrace where we could sit and enjoy drinks before heading over to Warwick. The bar below is very clearly the nicest bar in Leamington Spa and busy in the evenings.

Our room had not been made up on arrival which was a bit disappointing but this was very quickly rectified when we flagged with the owner. Access to the apartments is from the bar terrace which means you have to navigate the nightlife, this wasn't an issue for us as however.

We loved the chic minimalistic decor and style of the apartment. The property was clean and tidy. It was well located close to the amenities - 12 minutes drive to Warwick Castle. We had and amazing balcony with beautiful views. The staff were exceptional. We received one of the best customer service in a long while. We had ice and a bucket, extra towels when requested and they had gave us a surprise. There is also a a lovely terrace and bar that serve amazing cocktails and yummy food. Big shout out to Simran and the team.. You made our stay worth it and added to the experience.

The fact that we had to leave.. We want to move in.. hehe

Beautiful apartment in a historic building, very centrally located with a view of the river. The beds were very comfortable.

It wasn't obvious how to get access - needed to get the access code from the staff at the bar/restaurant below. Some noise on a Saturday night from the premises below - suggest earplugs. I had a query and messaged before arrival but this was not answered

The apartment was laid out over five floors (including the entrance and a laundry room) - which made it quirky and more enjoyable. Couldn't believe the amount of space! The copper bath in the bedroom was amazing. Brilliant location - we enjoyed delicious cocktails in the bar downstairs. Great to have the hosts readily available in case of any issues. Beautiful park, restaurants and shops within 1 minute walk.

Lighting could have been more cosy - more lamps. We really liked having five floors but it would not suit someone with limited mobility.

It was a bit cold when we arrived and took a good while to warm up. It’s not easy to park near so we ended up lugging out bags from the multi storey car park (no lifts) which was hard work, we got a taxi back to the car.

A sympathetic renovation of a beautiful Regency building. Our apartment was minimalist in style with clean modern lines but retaining original features. Loved the decor, the fit-out and the views over the river and Jephson Gardens. The rooms were very clean, warm and very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with fitted hob and cooker, fridge, freezer, sink and dishwasher. It also had ample cupboard space. We needed advice and extra equipment during our stay and the staff and management in the Terrace Restaurant on the ground floor were outstanding, unflappable and unfailingly helpful.

The kitchen area included a large island with comfortable bar furniture designed for informal dining. I'd have preferred a table and more than the three bar chairs provided. Housekeeping could be a bit sharper. The anticipated toiletries were missing from the bathrooms, as was a towel in the cloakroom and the hairdryer. Tablets for the dishwasher would have been helpful also. Crockery and cutlery provided in the kitchen area was limited, there were no table knives or dinner plates. A baking tray or oven dish would also be useful. A quick inventory of the apartment referenced to the guests expected would be a good thing to introduce.

location was extremely convenient. beautiful view. large terrace. staff was extremely helpful while never being intrusive. the restaurant below has great food and drinks, however, other restaurants and shops are very close. cannot wait to come back and stay there again.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, friendly staff at restaurant on ground floor, quiet and peaceful, huge TV screen for kids, very good facilities...hot showers etc, spacious. Loved the roof terrace with views of the river.

We were at the top ...lots of stairs! WiFi was a bit unpredictable. Could have done with more cutlery and crockery (just 4 knives/plates/spoons/bowls etc ..so one each!). And nowhere (in a sleeps 4 flat) for 4 people to sit to eat (no table and only two chairs at the breakfast bar). And only 2 chairs on roof terrace.
