The rooms were very large. We were just a couple so we had two empty bunk beds to store bags etc. The bathroom functioned well and the shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot and cold choices. The bar selection was not brilliant, but very OK. The location is quiet, being in the grounds of the castle.

Maybe I didn't read the directions clearly but we did not realise that the hotel is in the grounds of the castle and beyond the automatic barrier. Once we worked that out, it was fine, with lots of free parking. The room had a noisy fan or pump and we could not work out where it was coming from or how to stop it. I'm not sure if all the rooms are the same but it was very loud. Our friend was in the adjacent room and he could hear it too. I can imagine that the hotel is full of children during holiday periods. Be warned if you like a quiet time!

A most likable set up, the hotel in woodland, part of the Castle's estate, varnished timber everywhere, a youthful, informal vibe. The lobby has a vast effigy of a jousting knight in armour on a rampant charger and holograms of historical, Tudor-type personalities, without going into detail. Room fine, spacious, quiet, looking out on the trees and lawns. Breakfast was served in the restaurant, part of the "Knight's Tavern", presented like a medieval banqueting hall (as it were).

The night we stayed, the restaurant wasn't serving because of some big club assembly, or something. The bar was open but didn't feel terribly tempting. Easy enough to get into town, though, walking or driving, and enjoy an excellent dinner at the Rose and Crown in the Market Square.

As someone who has visited the castle many times over the years and who was dubious about the new accommodation, I have to say, I was impressed. Tucked away in a quiet corner of the castle land and sympathetically built so it fits in with the natural environment, staying here was a good experience. We stayed in one of the lodges. Though they are very small, the location, porch area with seating, and proximity to the restaurant/ tavern is very good. I had a quiet, peaceful night's sleep. As it is off season and the restaurant is closed, we ate in the tavern. This has a small menu but was sufficient and we enjoyed the knights and entertainment too. The staff were all polite and helpful, allowing to store our bags before check in and ordering us a taxi for the next day. The bus driving between the castle and hotel/accommodation is very convenient when you're travelling with a lot of luggage.

The lodges are very small. There is no indoor seating area, just a main room, a small bunk-bed room and a toilet. This is probably enough for most people, however. The lodges are 'attached' so you have a nextdoor neighbour which you could hear and 'feel' through the walls.

A great place to stay, even without our grandchildren! The entrance is amazing, I don't want to spoil the surprise but you will be very impressed with the welcome from many faces! Room was lovely, plenty of space and good storage, bathroom was exceptionally clean with a fab shower and we had a great night's sleep in the very comfy bed. We couldn't fault the breakfast which was super tasty with a wide variety of either hot or cold favourites. We were delighted that parking was included in the overnight stay, but even more delighted when we were given just less than 50% off our Warwick Castle tour tickets - a must to see this amazing place! We will certainly return ..... with grandchildren!!

Nothing we didn't like!

We loved the theme, my 5 year old was mesmerised. It wasn’t over the top and in your face, it felt nicely done. The beds were comfy, though the children’s beds are small beds and only for children up to 150cm. I am not sure how they will accommodate growing children that are too young to sleep in their own room. Room was ready early though not needed, 11am check out so you don’t feel rushed. Breakfast included in price, the price you see is what you pay, no adds on thankfully, was a nice breakfast too, wide selection. Though a little bit more pricey we did like the evening carvery dinner. Children’s entertainment was great, Loved the archery, sword school and bedtime story. Cleaner was through in cleaning our room mid stay and replenished everything, lots of effort to keep on top of the property.

The walk up to the castle; I feel hotel guess should get an earlier entrance or different access gate. We got stuck in the entrance line one day and didn’t enter the castle until gone 11, we stayed at the hotel with the intentions of making the most out of the castle. The line was very long! Maybe castle entrance included in the price of hotel stay, or a set rate on castle tickets for hotel guests. Hotel play park a little small for the amount of guests. It’s a nice climbing frame but the amount of children using it meant it wasn’t spacious enough. Evening food pizza overpriced at £16, was nice but not £16 nice. Chips tasted reheated.

From start to finish, every staff member was polite and couldn't do enough to help, the venue is very well set-up and the tents spacious with comfortable beds, electric sockets and lighting, the shower/bathrooms are 'proper' ones not portaloo type things! The onsite pub is a little expensive but you expect that, breakfast in the restaurant was included in our rate and was an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again if in the area

I didn't realise Warwick was in the flight path to/from Birmingham Airport, you don't notice in the day but from around 6.45am, we noticed the noise from aeroplanes; that being said, it had not detracted from a great experience

Staff was incredible. Very warm, welcoming and super helpful. I wish I could remember their names. Having the buffet restaurant close was excellent. Prices were reasonable for the offerings plus the free breakfast. I did utilize the included pass to see the castle. The underground spooky tour is a must. It was so fun and terrifying. The room was comfy and clean. I chose to stay in the hotel rather the the cabin as planned to have a bathtub to soak in. The tavern had some delicious late night food for takeout. The sticky toffee pudding and steak strips were dinner two nights. Yum!

Signage. My back was acting up badly so walking was painful and I wasn't able to explore as I wanted. My Uber dropped me at the front and I couldn't figure out where the hotel was. It was a good 15 minute hike with my bag and suitcase which was tough. Has I know I would have asked to be dropped off closer. Also, the is only one entrance/exit to the castle. As much as I wanted to explore more and work my way closer to the hotel, I would have had to walk all the way back to the entry (despite locked gates I could have exited from) which was not an option for me at that point.

The property was accommodating and very welcoming!! The staff inside Warwick Castle were superb and made our day so wonderful! The staff at the hotel were also amazing as well as the entertainment they had for the children was so engaging and fun. Our room was really clean and so well themed. The bathroom products the hotel provides were out of this world, my wife was even looking where we can buy them from. Our breakfast was also so amazing and the staff were friendly, welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We would recomend staying at this location as it is a 10 out of 10 from us.

We have nothing negative to say about his location at all

Very convenient location for a getaway to the castle the day itself or the next day. The hotel was very clean and the room was ideal for our family of 4. The bathroom was very clean and the best comfortable. The food at the 2 restaurant was ok and provided a few choices for the family. You can also enjoy some activities within the hotel as well.

The staff is quite reluctant to do the service, everything is self serve it seems. We ask the staff about the night activity displayed on the board outside of the restaurant.. yet they were not aware. We ordered something at the counter (5 staffs behind it) but they didnt mention that you have to pick it up yourself. It just a bit of sense of service that was lacking.

Spacious rooms with cute themed decor. We were five people in a room and it didn’t feel too cramped. The activities at night were fun for the kids and the grounds of the hotel are beautiful.

The reservation system for dinner seems to have issues. We couldn’t get a reservation but the restaurant was less than half full most of the night. We ended being able to eat there after checking in three times to see if there were any cancellations. Every time we checked in and through out the time we were eating, the restaurant was less than half full and they were still turning people away. It’s a buffet so it’s not like they need a lot of servers.
