We loved the theme, my 5 year old was mesmerised. It wasn’t over the top and in your face, it felt nicely done. The beds were comfy, though the children’s beds are small beds and only for children up to 150cm. I am not sure how they will accommodate growing children that are too young to sleep in their own room. Room was ready early though not needed, 11am check out so you don’t feel rushed. Breakfast included in price, the price you see is what you pay, no adds on thankfully, was a nice breakfast too, wide selection. Though a little bit more pricey we did like the evening carvery dinner. Children’s entertainment was great, Loved the archery, sword school and bedtime story. Cleaner was through in cleaning our room mid stay and replenished everything, lots of effort to keep on top of the property.

The walk up to the castle; I feel hotel guess should get an earlier entrance or different access gate. We got stuck in the entrance line one day and didn’t enter the castle until gone 11, we stayed at the hotel with the intentions of making the most out of the castle. The line was very long! Maybe castle entrance included in the price of hotel stay, or a set rate on castle tickets for hotel guests. Hotel play park a little small for the amount of guests. It’s a nice climbing frame but the amount of children using it meant it wasn’t spacious enough. Evening food pizza overpriced at £16, was nice but not £16 nice. Chips tasted reheated.

Staff was incredible. Very warm, welcoming and super helpful. I wish I could remember their names. Having the buffet restaurant close was excellent. Prices were reasonable for the offerings plus the free breakfast. I did utilize the included pass to see the castle. The underground spooky tour is a must. It was so fun and terrifying. The room was comfy and clean. I chose to stay in the hotel rather the the cabin as planned to have a bathtub to soak in. The tavern had some delicious late night food for takeout. The sticky toffee pudding and steak strips were dinner two nights. Yum!

Signage. My back was acting up badly so walking was painful and I wasn't able to explore as I wanted. My Uber dropped me at the front and I couldn't figure out where the hotel was. It was a good 15 minute hike with my bag and suitcase which was tough. Has I know I would have asked to be dropped off closer. Also, the is only one entrance/exit to the castle. As much as I wanted to explore more and work my way closer to the hotel, I would have had to walk all the way back to the entry (despite locked gates I could have exited from) which was not an option for me at that point.

The property was accommodating and very welcoming!! The staff inside Warwick Castle were superb and made our day so wonderful! The staff at the hotel were also amazing as well as the entertainment they had for the children was so engaging and fun. Our room was really clean and so well themed. The bathroom products the hotel provides were out of this world, my wife was even looking where we can buy them from. Our breakfast was also so amazing and the staff were friendly, welcoming and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We would recomend staying at this location as it is a 10 out of 10 from us.

We have nothing negative to say about his location at all

Very convenient location for a getaway to the castle the day itself or the next day. The hotel was very clean and the room was ideal for our family of 4. The bathroom was very clean and the best comfortable. The food at the 2 restaurant was ok and provided a few choices for the family. You can also enjoy some activities within the hotel as well.

The staff is quite reluctant to do the service, everything is self serve it seems. We ask the staff about the night activity displayed on the board outside of the restaurant.. yet they were not aware. We ordered something at the counter (5 staffs behind it) but they didnt mention that you have to pick it up yourself. It just a bit of sense of service that was lacking.

Spacious rooms with cute themed decor. We were five people in a room and it didn’t feel too cramped. The activities at night were fun for the kids and the grounds of the hotel are beautiful.

The reservation system for dinner seems to have issues. We couldn’t get a reservation but the restaurant was less than half full most of the night. We ended being able to eat there after checking in three times to see if there were any cancellations. Every time we checked in and through out the time we were eating, the restaurant was less than half full and they were still turning people away. It’s a buffet so it’s not like they need a lot of servers.

This hotel is relatively new (summer 2024) and still looks and feels brand new. Staff are amazing, the setting is amazing, a fairly short walk to the Castle. The rooms and bathrooms are amazing (we had booked three for our group). The kids were amazed and delighted and the adults felt the quality and comforts of a good hotel. Dining options are totally family geared; prices a little high for those with small appetites (set prices for children and adults for breakfast and evening meal buffet) but the experience is well worth the price. Drink prices are steep. But if you want a quality, special break within a stones throw of Warwick castle with free parking for hotel guests, this hotel is simply amazing. Landscaping is amazing: can only just imagine how magical the venue will be in the fairer weather.

The room and the whole place was spotlessly clean. All the staff were really nice and friendly. Car parking was free and convenient for the front door. The location is good. I'd just like to add that we left an item in our room (I've no idea how we missed it) and on contacting the hotel they are going to send it on to us and they have refused our offer to pay postage. Now that is customer service!!

Internet was pretty poor, but which hotel isn’t? We didn’t like the idea of the all you can eat buffet as we’re not big eaters. We went to the tavern and had one of their small plates which enough for us, as well as being very tasty

We loved everything. Absolutely amazing hotel.. Carnt wait to go again. The location was great, the staff were very friendly. The reception area was magical and the rooms was so clean and comfortable. Brilliant bed. The security was very good and very helpful people, made us feel safe.

I was a bit disappointed with the Knights tavern not being open.. And I wasn't told that I had to book a table for breakfast. And the nozzles on the shampoo and body wash bottles could do with being a bit longer. Struggled to get it on my sponge.. Just goes down the side of the bottles... But nothing major.

Room was very clean and ready earlier than normal check in, communicated via text to us. Plenty of parking and easy flat access to hotel. Great walking distance to town centre with plenty if bars and restaurants to choose from. Friendly staff at reception with lots of knowledge, very nice considering such a new hotel.

The rooms have no carpet, but laminate. This makes for quite a bit of noise, especially if you have a room with excited children in above you as we did. I would have hoped a Tuesday night in October outside school holidays would have allowed for guests to be spread across the hotel and reduce noise from neighbouring rooms. However, we were all in one wing and I got woken a second time at 1pm by above room. Not an ideal venue for people without children. Also no instructions on how to operate the heating/air con. Usually there’s a welcome pack in rooms, nothing here. Could do with putting up a coat rack in each room, so wet coats don’t drip in the wardrobe area please. Expensive bar we were charged £7.25 a pint for a session ipa.

The breakfast was ok not incredible but was still ok for the stay for this kind of hotel thats designed for tourists in volume, however if you get the chance to stay here enjoy it as much as i did, and for a work stay its not your average leading hotel change but certainly is up there with value for money compered to others. I mean who else has a Knight dressed up at the dinner table !!

I had a Burger and chips that was charged individually for each, which was fine, however the Burger for the price was not value for money in the respect of the meat patty being the same type you get on a burger van. i did mention this to the staff as i felt it right to let them know, if you charging that sort of price but most importantly making things authentic as possible at least throw in a proper meat burger especially at £8 just for the burger. this was the only negative
