I stayed for a few nights for work and the place was really clean, spacious enough, very well equipped and generally surpasses expectations. The shower room was small but had everything needed and the shower was amazing! I'm a light sleeper so was worried about noise, but the rooms seemed well soundproofed and I was at the end of the corridor so didn't have many people passing. I would happily recommend and would stay again.

I was surprised there wasn't a toaster as the kitchen was otherwise well equipped. An iron and hairdryer was available if you ask during reception hours, however I was out for work during the day so unfortunately couldn't get one. The bed was perfect for one but would have been too small for two.

It is so near the centre that I went to a Halloween event. I would book again in the future.

The parking space is so far behind and quite far to walk around to the front, considering my condition, so I had to park in the front. Also, inside the place I couldn't stay on the 2nd or top floor, so they kindly provided me with the 1st floor, which is like that I had to bear it. Also, again with the shower room, the shower facilities with a door were too close when the water was spreading out towards the shower doors that closed, which affected the water to the shower due to the size of the shower.

Very clean (although there was some strange smell in the corridor on first two days, but vanished later) . The studio had everything that I needed and was spacious enough. The free parking on the spot was extremely helpful. It is located near the city center, just a short walk away. Everything was excellent. (Maybe I missed the possibility of contact with the staff - for example to be able to ask about the strange smell) but on the whole that had no influence on the true comfort of my stay.

As above - I could have used some contact with the staff, a human being, but the remote contact was smooth and provided everything that I needed.

Host was very friendly and responded my questions quickly, either per Booking or via WhatsApp. Location was perfect, 10min walk to Coventry train station, with several bus stations nearby, 10min walk to city center and major supermarkets. Price was reasonable, especially when you book for stays over 7 days. Easy key handover. Easy extension of stay. Room cleaning each week.

Internet connection was terrible in my room, so I had to rely on data all the time. Probably because my room was at the end of the corridor...

I was travelling solo for a holiday (sometimes business) and was only supposed to stay here for a couple of weeks but ended up extending my stay for 2 months. The location is perfect, very close and convenient to stores and train station, and town in general as its right in the center almost - about 5-10mins walk to everything you need. The staff are very friendly and kind, had no problems with my extension of stay and were always helpful with receiving my mails/parcels. Cleaners come every week which was an absolute bonus. The walls are a little thin so I could hear some noises of people walking down the hallway sometimes but honestly, wasn't a huge issue . Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return again if I'm ever back in Coventry. Personally, I would recommend to anyone :)

Oh Goodness I love my smart studio apartment feels so comfortable and homely! From the amazing staff who understand, to the lovely kitchenette design. where all l services if needed are all simplified in an app. I don't call it a hotel.. I call it home. the Best I have ever stayed.

Room was great size.every you need for your stay.powerful shower.quiet.clean.great location.only 5 min walk to and from railway station.

No table to eat your meals.bed was very uncomfortable, cheap mattress and badly designed ie bed only accessible from one side.no instructions how to use the oven.

The room is more spacious than what I thought it would, excellent lighting and maintenance. Heating system also was working good. Microwave oven is value addition. Bed is okay not bad for a single person but for two people it definitely would not fit in.

There seems to be little bit of Tobacco smell in the room, for a short duration of 3 or 4 days is fine. Need to open the window to have better aeration and even then it was less. Could be good if there is some sort of air conditioner.

The apartment was close enough to Coventry City Centre to be able to walk there, but the apartment was in a quiet street away from crowds and heavy traffic.. The apartment had everything I needed for a short break including kettle, fridge, microwave, desk and TV (also with Sounds and Netflix).

Kudos to the staff here, especially Lucia! She was very helpful and provided me with all the timely assistance whenever I needed it. Bimal (the owner) was also very supportive when I wanted an extension of my stay into another week.

Car parking area behind the property gets very dark in the night and a couple of street lights/flood lights would definitely help to alleviate the situation.
