I didn’t like not knowing about the deposit till after I’d booked the room. Being made aware of it first would be preferable. But saying that it was paid back in 24hrs which is good.

Location, nice clean room

Really nice place. Convenient well equipped and was a nice quiet place.

The fact they charge an additional £100 which 3 weeks later is still not credited back to account. Usually my bank is quick with a temporary hold but I'm still waiting and this wasn't expressed that could be this long so with Christmas coming this is really not great. Because of this additional factor i wouldn't book again as I would need to be a regular booker and couldn't be this much out of pocket week after week.

Good location close to local shops was clean and well presented. Beds extremely comfy. Safety wise locks are a good idea having the app was easy to set up. Decent check out time of 10am but can be extended an hour for an additional cost. Would stay again.

Only thing I can say that wasn’t good was the doors are too heavy and have to be slammed in order to shut. You can hear everything and the rooms are definitely not soundproof like stated can hear everything from rooms around unfortunately. In regard to booking… the deposit of £100 should be stated before actually booking the accommodation. As this was a surprise and yet they take £2 of this as a fee? So only get £98 back? Classed as a security deposit which I agree should be in place to protect the owner however £100 is a bit steep especially when paying the cost of your stay upfront. Never have I come across this before and was certainly shocked that I had to pay an additional £100 or my booking wouldn’t be valid and wouldn’t be able to access the property….

The property was excellently executed. Absolutely spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable either high quality linens. Overall fabulous stay. Oh and the shower was fantastic.

This wouldn’t usually be a problem. But I stayed on what was the hottest day of the year at that point. I stayed on the ground floor. Unfortunately there was no way to have the window open safely. As it opened fully or nothing. A mechanism to allow you to have the window open safely a few inches would have been good.

The property was value for money , newly decorated , we had everything in our small bedsit we needed , our lady was only a phone away if we had any problems which was great and the place was very quiet so we got a good night sleep . We were only a taxi way away from the two tone village so it was just right . I had to download an app which worked amazingly even though I’m no good with technology. The apartment was very well equipped and although there was no reception area or staff, there was a number to text and when I asked a question, it was answered immediately and resolved. The shower was particularly good!

The tech required to organise the key for the apartment and the things that needed doing prior to staying made it a little more complex than a hotel stay, and not for those who aren't tech savvy. The toilet flush was intermittent and didn't always work well but otherwise the facilities were great.

It has changed since I last stayed years ago and I stayed in block A room A1 and to me that’s my favourite room and was hoping for it again this time but nonetheless this place is still beautiful and is my go to place whenever I visit Coventry, as for location parking is private so no worries about that, there is a convenience shop across the road for everything you need including alcohol, if you really don’t want to order in (which I always do) there’s also a fried chicken shop across the road too. I have stayed here when they first ever started many years ago when everything was under construction and I honestly can say the whole place is beautiful.

I didn’t have any issues

Nice size room we had a larger room Our room was at the rear of the property so quiet most of the time. Bed was comfy, had to remove the quilt from the cover. It was too hot to use the quilt we only had the cover over us.

We were on the 2nd floor and at our age.. almost 70, it was not fun getting our cases up those stairs. It was very hot in the room, 27 degrees and only a fan, no air conditioning. Otherwise all was good
