Excellent value. One night's stay . I wondered what might be wrong with the place when I booked as it was such a good price. But there was no need to worry. A comfy bed, it was warm and clean, and an en-suite which did the job perfectly. If you're expecting a top quality hotel then don't bother. But if I'm over that way again for a night out then I will book the same place just to get my head down at the end of the night.

The place is opposite the airport, but that was no problem at all for me. Be careful on your approach (by car) to the place. You can't turn off the Coventry Road into the premises due to a No Entry sign. You have to approach from behind via the Old Damson Lane route and drive past the Birmingham Exiles rugby club down a (very) minor road. Once you get there you have plenty of parking.

The manager was lovely, very helpful. Close to the airport. Very good price.

Beds, I could hear cars all night. I wouldn’t stay again, but appreciate it is a very good price.

Location perfect for the NEC. Staff very helpful. Hotel is set in nice grounds and unlike NEC hotels you do have somewhere quiet for a walk. Convenient for Sheldon, well stocked service station next door

Parking is scarce, but cars can be left on the public road so not a major problem. No breakfast available but service station has Greggs and Subway. Rooms are old fashioned but clean but some parts of the hotel a bit shabby. If you only want a good night's sleep and don't mind driving for 2 miles to get a meal, it's perfect.

Location was good and close to the event we attended. Hotel offers great value for money, as long as you're not planning to spend your entire stay inside of your room. There is everything you need if you need a place to stay, warm bed, working shower, bathtub and toilet. Our room also had working tv, wardrobe and a kettle.

for the few hours I was there, maybe only 12, overnight, it was a good place to stay, Just a single rook but that was all I needed and the bed was comphy. They took me to the airport for 5.00am and was a charge but that was fine. I would stay there again if I needed a room overnight

Great value very large room with double bed and single bed with full ensuite bathroom and shower. Good location to airport.

Room was stuffy due to weather and lack of air conditioning. So window open to noisy road. The radiator was set to full heat during a warm week but could be turned off. I think if we left extractor on in bathroom could have slept better.

Clean, comfortable, and very flexible over check out! Due to a flight delay, we didn't arrive until 3am! The chap said, "No worries over check out time" A basic room but comfortable and with an en suite shower room. Highly recommended if you just need a good sleep. Really great price too 🧡

Great location for Birmingham Airport and transport. Has parking. This is a great value place to stay at the budget level. Good sized room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Short drive to shops and restaurants up the road.

Was expecting the kebab shop to be open 🤣 but it wasn't 😔. Lol. Some noise from the main road - but experienced worse.

Perfect location for the airport. Really nice staff who were very friendly and dropped me off really early to the airport for £10 which I appreciated.

The walls are thin but to be honest I'm being picky. It's great value for how cheap it is. Realistic expectations are everything.

The reception was a difficult to find not very well displayed!! No hot water for shower waited 15 minutes for shower so i couldn’t get a shower unfortunately
