We enjoyed our one night stay, the accommodation was perfectly suitable to attend a concert at the nearby Resorts World Arena .Our room was large, warm, quiet and comfortable with a good quality fridge and TV, although we don't usually like having to share a bathroom there was no problem here as it was always available and was also very clean with a good quality shower with hot water all the time.We would stay here again if attending the N.E.C complex.

Was a good pleasant stay was here while working in hospital nearby. I am working nights so asleep during day and would stay here again. Was quite and comfortable

Just one think for some reason I couldn’t open the window in my room for ventilation (didn’t get chance to ask, so may have just been me)

Location was excellent in a quiet suburban area and only a short drive to M42. The room was good value for the money with a very comfortable double bed. Staff live on premises and were pleasant with an eagerness to ensure my stay was good. The breakfast was well cooked and plentiful

Being picky the only minor dislike was a shared bathroom. I prefer an ensuite but I booked at short notice so choice was limited. . Having said that it was a nice bathroom and I had no problem accessing it.

Great communication by the host, clean room and bathroom. Good location if you're traveling to/from Birmingham airport. I was overall very satisfied with my stay and will choose it again.

The only minus was that the pillows were very uncomfortable and didn't manage to sleep well.

The bedroom was perfect. Bed very comfy. Perfect for a 1 night stay

We didn't have a bathroom connected to our room so we had to share with other guests also staying at the B&B. It was fine for us but other people can feel uncomfortable about that

I booked late at night 22:20 And got a warm welcome from the host that showed me to my room and showed me everything, the room was clean and a cool layout with tea facilities and a TV with remote.

Everything was great.

the room keys are left in the porch, with your name on. someone had taken our keys and left theirs. no one around to check that this was a key for us and that we weren't taking someone else's room we were only left 1 towel but left a note and had a second by the time we returned

The b&b is very homely and comfortable. There are house rules but these make the stay enjoyable for everyone. I never experienced any issues with the shared bathroom, never overly busy in the 3 nights I was there although fully occupied guest rooms. I would definitely recommend and revisit. Excellent value for money

I do wish the bath had been in use.

The room is lovely size and the bed is very comfortable. Shops and restaurants near by to purchase anything needed. There is also the option of purchasing food from the property which is a nice touch.

There wasn’t anything to dislike.

I had a lovely stay, and the owners were lovely and welcoming. I was very pleased with the room as the hosts really went the extra mile with small touches like a glass bottle full of water and a small fridge in the room. The room was very cosy and comfortable, and it felt like a home from home. I would definitely stay again.
