There was a small Indian fast food restaurant and 24/7 convenience store right next to it. All the ammenities I needed were present, so I could fully spend my days outside without worries visiting the NEC that is easily reachable by a 3 minute bus ride.

It's right next to a highway, so you could hear traffic all night if you keep a window open.

Parking was excellent. Taxi transfer to and from airport great. Staff were friendly. Had an issue with an overpayment on the parking and airport transfer but hotel sorted it out straight away and were very apologetic. Room was clean although a little cramped but suited our needs.

Cheap n cheerful, staff very polite, we only did 1 night stay due to early flight only thing missing was a bar, as we like to chill the night before but we ordered a taxi to a pub a few miles away and got a nice meal and drinks, it was a hungry horse pub called the Crane *****

Really close to the airport n they offer a £10 drop off service and cheap parking for your car while you’re away . The staff were very friendly - even with a late check in and v early check out . The rooms were small but warm and clean . The shower didn’t drain very well but it was hot n powerful . All in all great value for money ;)

The proximity to the airport was the main reason for my stay. I asked for a late check out, and was then moved to the adjacent building. It was not very high quality, but it was adequately clean so i was happy with the arrangement. No hot water, but i could live with that for a single night.

Comfortable bed, TV and chair in the room, kettle and coffee provided. Ensuite bathroom included in the price. Bus stops opposite the hotel on the adjacent road Falcon Way.

No meal options or bar. No shops within reasonable walking distance of the hotel. The member of staff who greeted me said that I could go to Travelodge to eat but I ordered a takeaway instead.

One of the guys took us to the train station which was good.

Towels seemed to be about 18 years old! And it’s not walking distance to the arena or train station. But Greggs is jut round the corner for breakfast!

This is not a posh hotel … but it’s so clean and free parking. Staff can’t do enough for you . Free WI fi , tea coffee & tv in room. I’m not paying stupid expensive airport hotel/ parking any more. 😀

Staff so friendly

The hotel was quiet and the room was comfortable. I was catching a flight from Birmingham airport so the location was superb. A basic, comfortable single room at a great price.

For the price there was nothing not to like!

Definitely good value for money. You do get what you pay for. Staff were lovely, I actually had the best night's sleep in a long time. Our tv was playing up but we got there late and went to sleep anyway. Rooms are tired but clean and comfy. I'd stay again.
