The hotel is near the venue I travelled to, reasonable price compared to other hotels in the area. Friendly , helpful and polite host on arrival. Parking at the rear of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, could do with a lick of paint in the en suite but everywhere was very clean and I had a good nights sleep. Tea and coffee making facilities, tv and Wi-Fi.

The Hotel is in a good location being just a few minutes walking distance to Redditch town centre and train station and is also on a main bus route. The room I stayed in was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the en suite bathroom facilities were very good.

It would have been nice to have some bottled water and maybe some biscuits, in addition to the tea and coffee that was provided.

The location was of interest. The staff was approachable and very helpful. I might say I was asking a big favour - I needed an early check-in, which was dealt with, and I am most grateful.

Hotel owner and manager were very kind in sorting out my mistaken booking for the wrong dates. They did not penalise me for the mistake which was completely my fault, so I was very grateful to them for changing the date of my stay for free. The room was lovely - warm and welcoming with great views over the valley. Comfortable bed. Fantastic hot shower with good water pressure. Tea & coffee facilities, TV, wardrobe and a handy desk. Plenty of storage space under the bed. Nice bedside lights. There is even free parking out the back (by arrangement with the hotel). It’s a converted house so there’s a homey feel to the property. We had a very pleasant stay.

No lift. It’s up a rather steep hill from the town centre so unless you’re fit I wouldn’t advise walking it. However, the on-site parking is straightforward to use.

I was happy with my stay and the price I paid for what I got. I asked for a slightly earlier check in which was readily agreed. Was given the WIFI code on arrival. I was expecting a single bed, but was pleased to be given a double room, which was very spacious with lots of storage. Very small bathroom but served its purpose. Nice tea&coffee facilities Room was clean and bed was comfy. I slept well. Felt safe and secure which is important me. I often stay in Redditch when I work at the weekend. As long as the price is reasonable, I would stay again.

There was a fair bit of street noise late at night but there is a pub opposite so expected. I believe the windows are single glazed and there is a crack in a pane and u cannot put them on vent, so, that is one constructive comment I would make. There is a strong cooking smell which I assume comes from the Indian place next door. This is to be expected and would not stop me staying again.

Easy to check in. Room was on a high level overlooking the town and fields in the distance. Large comfortable bed, heater in the room, tea and coffee provided with kettle and two ginger biscuits, also towels and soaps, good shower. I was able to leave my bag for collection later. Staff very kind and helpful.

Outside is very unassuming. Window was a little drafty. The pub across the road was a little noisy (weekend) but they quieted down after 11pm. It was fine for me but if walking is a problem the property is up a hill and there are only stairs inside, no lift.

Was very small room but was nice because had everything I needed to have a rest and some time to myself, good that its just a short walk to the shops, and was good because of early check in and late check out, and would stay again when I need a break

There’s things that could be easily made better like some curtains, the toilet roll holder fixed, some late night noise about 1am but what you expect when there is a pub over the road

Only booked a 1 nights stay, I turned up late the man that greeted me was ok with it considering I turned up after 12 at night, he sent me the WiFi password and wished me a good stay, it was quiet the bed was comfortable, the room had a smart TV kettle etc. Only thing I could say is it was a small compact room. For me by myself it was not a problem, I would use this hotel again

For the price it was fine small single room

I like how close the property is from the kingfisher shopping mall and the town centre. It was soo convenient for me and my girlfriend to get into town just by walking down the hill. We got an upgrade to a super king size bed room and we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again in the future.

The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. I asked about use of an ironing board and he offered to do the ironing for me! Well I'm a proud man and like to manage my own admin but I was impressed with the offer! Excellent shower in the ensuite and cable TV - best little hotel I've stayed in this year!

Car park is a bit hilly,but in fairness it is situated on a hill! Just make sure your handbrake is fully engaged!
