I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions due to my job in Birmingham. The staff are always welcoming and kind, the rooms are always amazing and comfortable and value for money. Parking is a bonus as I often finish work late and am glad to be able to park with ease and relax in my room. Would highly recommend ☺️

No dislikes, the WiFi in some rooms is better than others but that may be down to the location of some of the rooms but the views make up for that.

The room and bedding was very comfortable. Nice quiet room, pretty good Wi-Fi coverage etc. The grounds are stunning and there are lovely walks close to the hotel that you can take with good views of the city, also close to the golf course.

There was no food available, or breakfast, the restaurant didn't appear open or operational, certainly for breakfast. There were some cob webs and spiders in my room and bathroom, not necessarily a big deal.

This is an excellent little hotel with really high quality and spacious rooms, and always a very friendly welcome.

The only thing that stops this being a perfect visit is the erratic nature of the hot water in the shower, sometimes it splutters, sometimes it runs out and sometimes it goes cold. Hopefully it can get sorted as the place is perfect in every other way.

Always a very warm welcome here. The room I had this time was really big and very comfortable. Superb value for money.

Tiny point, but just worth mentioning; the showerhead was pretty grimy, so the water sprays off at funny angles. Could probably do with a clean. But that excepted, this was a fantastic place to stay.

I had a lovely room that was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and it had everything I needed for a relaxing night to myself. There was ample parking and very good value for money. I plan to stay here in the future when I visit family and friends.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This is a hotel, at the side of a very old golf course in the Lickey Hills. It has no bar, but the rooms are large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is in the golf club house at the rear. This is no chain hotel - celebrate it's independence and charm, there aren't many left.

The water was a bit off this time - shower slowed to a dribble before I was finished - hopefully just a one off as hasn't happened before.

Booked this hotel to attend surgery at the Orthopaedic hospital instead of having to travel from from home address at 5.30. So handy situated in a country park with some beautiful walks and also handy for golfers having a small golf course available. Together with a cafe with a good menu

The actual building needs a little refurbishment done but overall everything you need was there

Great room, with easy parking in a lovely location.

It was a very cold day and the radiators were turned off in my room when I arrived, so that was a bit of a suprise, but soon got warm after turning them on.

Good value simple stay, very efficient check in, lovely room and set in wonderful grounds with easy access for trail running in the evening.

Small point, but the showerhead could really do with some cleaning :-)
