Staff were really accommodating. We had ordered food to the hotel and they were happy to bring some plates and cutlery up to the room for us. Really nice little space downstairs if you’re meeting with friends too! Location is fantastic if you’re visiting the NEC.

Decor in the bathroom is quite odd. The room itself looks minimalist and sleek, but there are odd pictures in the bathroom that make it feel cheap. Important parts were very clean, but there was some grime if you looked closely (dirt in the corners in the bathroom, clothing from other guests under the bed from previous stays, etc.).

Hotel was conveniently close to the BP Pulse Live arena for a concert we were going to. Literally 2-3 minutes’ walk. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bright and airy lounge area - it was very busy during our stay as there were two conferences going on as well as the concert so limited availability for booking a table for food. Breakfast was also very busy and staff were finding it a task to seat people. Hotel made an effort to do something special for my parents who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary - which was a nice touch.

Extremely busy at mealtimes. Think it would have been good to allocate slots as it was so busy, to stop guests all turning up to breakfast at the same time. Would be easier to manage numbers.

Due to lifts, we turned up early but our room was ready so we settled straight in. We had lunch which was really good and a few drinks. It was very relaxing there and the service was great, we were really looked after. The staff were really professional but were chatty and friendly too. We enjoyed coffee and TV in our room before going to our show. On return we noted the bar was open and decided to have a nightcap then up to enjoy a good sleep. We had a full English breakfast before we left. They had everything and went out of their way to get gluten free bread and a lovely gluten free muffin for my friend. We were really impressed. Prices were pretty good. The location is perfect for shows at the arena and we will definitely stay here again. Keep up the good work.

Honestly, we could find no fault.

Our room was very comfortable and welcoming after a very long day. The location was good - we had booked to be close to the BP Pulse as we had attended a concert there Reception staff were very understanding when we had not been able to take out luggage to the hotel prior to the concert due to a transport issue Reception staff were also very understanding on checkout day when my daughter, who has significant additional needs was struggling to leave the hotel due to high anxiety, they allowed us an extension until midday so that she had time to process the stressors and leave in good time

Great location. Lovely staff, so attentive. Checked in quickly. Room was brilliant, large, spotlessly clean, quiet. Had 1 drink and chips in bar at lunch, super service, food was hot and delicious. Finished the night with a drink and again staff quick and efficient serving. Fast check out. Will definitely stay again when seeing an event at BP pulse.

Would have loved a small continental breakfast but not at the same price as normal breakfast. So we got breakfast outside of hotel.

We only stayed for one night as we were attending an event at the BP pulse arena. The hotel is Ideally situated for the arena and also next to many excellent restaurants. The hotel is spacious, has excellent parking and enjoys a nice position next to the lake. The staff could not have been more helpful and went out of their way to help. Our room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was of a high standard with a huge choice of cereals, juices, pastries as well as the usual hot breakfast dishes. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely return.

Location to the NEC is great!! The staff we very friendly and efficient. The room was great although alittle tired. But clean!! The beds are comfortable even with my bad back. The breakfast was toasty and fresh and the dinning area was nicely decorated and clean. And again very friendly staff.

Only issues I can see is using the sat nav to the hotel missed the car park so I had to get directions but not sure if that's a hotel issue, a postcode issue or the sat nav. The room was a little tired some of the furniture had marks. And I think an extra £10 to park isnt great considering we paid £130 for our stay.

Location is great for NEC Check-in was easy & room was comfortable.

Dining room let the hotel down - buffet breakfasts over 2 days were not good. Cold food & we gave up trying to queue for tea & coffee. Evening meal - food was ok but service was slow. Restaurant was busy but there were plenty staff on. Sadly they were not attentive & were congregated round the bar area, leaving diners to wait. We had to interrupt a waitress to get an order taken. When the food was finally delivered we asked for more drinks - they were never delivered so we paid & left disappointed. Other diners at adjacent tables had the same issues.

very friendly welcoming staff on reception and especial praise for Sri in the restaurant and Cara at breakfast The room was very nice and roomy and quiet although being near major roads and the airport

2 People were booked in the room however only 1 bath and hand towel supplied which were the 2nd set were found in a draw next morning when we had used the towels we hung them to dry but house keeping removed one set and when we returned we had to ring reception for another set It would help if you supplied each room with a welcome pack ?

The Hotel was chosen for it's location next to the National Exhibition Centre,and have stayed there before. The food was very good,the staff were very helpful,very polite easy to talk to, good sense of humour.

Not accepting cash payments,especially at the bar,I don't like the "CARD PAYMENT ONLY" nonsense,that is being forced on us,we have the right to have a choice,when you remove choice,you also remove what little freedom we now have,it is WRONG,and this is my only gripe about my stay in your Hotel. Many people gave their lives for this Freedom,it came at a great cost.Stop pandering to the Banks,who are pushing this, because they make a lot of money from Card payments,Especially from Companies your size.Give us back "CHOICE".
