The stuff was nice, and very helpful, the place was nice, the view from the room was nice. The cocktails were amazing, strongly recommend. Very good breakfast, we had a pizza from the restaurant which was really tasty. We did not try Loft restaurant, but we will probably try it next time. The pool, steam room and sauna were fine, but the water in the jacuzzi was too cold for a jacuzzi.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, also the pillows, waking up with pain. We found in the room, on the floor, a deodorant which did not belong to us, and also the toliet has not been clean after the other people before us, as there was "signs". Cleaning is quite important for health, so maybe this is a thing that might be taken more seriously.

Location, views of the golf course, the bar area, especially vault 52. Staff very helpful and accommodating.

Some areas are looking tired. Rooms need refurbishments. There was only one towel in a double room with two guests. The lampshade in room 304 was literally just balancing and kept tilting. There were multiple curly black hairs all over the bed and one pillowcase had some pink/red stains and look liked it had been used and not washed. Because they had a prom we were not allowed to use the car chargers even though we needed to charge our car as we were going out later, so had to get an uber.

Good location with parking. The Spa was the main reason we booked this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. It was clean with all facilities in working order. Big pool and even though some bookings are just for the spa it wasn’t crowded. Tue spa is from 9:00 until 21:30 so plenty time to enjoy it without being limited. Breakfast was really tasty and the omelet was great. The team in the restaurant are really welcoming and helpful.

Standard Double rooms need updating. Not enough plugs in the room, only one next to the bed for the lamp. Lighting is very minimal, 2 lamps in the room and a sky window which has blinds for the night which is good.

Upon arrival staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfy! We had nice views across the golf course and it was quiet. The price of the stay included being able to use the facilities on site so we made full use of the gym, swimming pool and sauna in the morning before the checkout time of 11am (we took the towels from the room and they were happy to replace them for showers once we returned to the room).

The breakfast was ok, we went later after using the gym facilities so some items had run out or were low stocked. We waited a while for coffee to arrive at the table and asked several times for cutlery that never appeared so we decided to take some off a nearby set up table.

Lovely restaurant for breakfast with pleasant and attentive staff, found the menu in loft 19 a little limited and expensive and the 1 hour and 15 mins limit a very short time to be able to enjoy an evening meal after travelling 7 hours from the north, so we dined in the cellars and found that fine for us as we wanted something a little lighter after a long day. Really enjoyed the swimming pool and found the outdoor seating areas after a very long day very relaxing. Reception staff were amazing and our accommodation was excellent.

Light switches in room worked in bizarre combinations!

I was delighted that my family and I were given two rooms next to each other; this made it seem that the building which housed these two rooms(opposite the doors to Reception) was ours and gave us privacy. I thought the breakfast was very good, providing a good range of products in a relaxing setting(we sat by the window overlooking the gold course). We spent some time in the gym and swimming pool and loved both.

We would have loved it if the swimming pool and gym were open very late but understand that not all hotels can accommodate 24/7 facilities.

The staff were very accommodating welcoming and. Or intimidating catered for a comfortable stay food was easy to book or just attend the bar when I was lost restaurant staff showed me to the bar eating area so felt they went above and beyond to help, spa staff very helpful and welcoming and loved that I could carry on my fitness regime when away from home with the peloton bike I logged into my account and away I went, had leg wax and massage lovely service and just what i needed also had a swim sauna and steam Room and was open till 9.30pm perfect after hard days work..restaurant staff and food was amazing just bit more expensive thank bar menu which you would expect carrot and parsnip soup best I’ve tasted so thanks single bed was really a small double so was over the moon to have a nice bed. When spa didn’t have towels the reception supplied them too!

Staff were very nice and friendly. Room was lovely size (we had the executive double). Room service as and when we wanted. Breakfast was great too. Unlimited Full English with fresh fruits etc. Very nice. sauna and steam room very nice. Location was nice. Clean room. Comfy. Nice building.

The spa could have done with jacuzzi and that would have been perfect. Didnt like that members would add their own dose of aroma into the steam room. As he add way too much and it literally stung my eyes when I walked in...It was not good. It shouldn't be allowed. On our second day in the spa. They had run out of towels. Nothing major as we just used our hotel room towels instead. But was disappointing that they had run out. Our rooms are not that close which was a bit of a pain and surprised for a spa to not have any towels. Also shame you are not allowed to walk on the golf field as a guest. Would have been nice if there was parts for people to walk to the lake. But it was only for viewing unless you played golf.

Room was perfect, the breakfast left a little to be desired especially the egg but the bacon was lovely. We did not have dinner as we were there for a wedding function. The staff were very pleasant and helpful so pleasant to be around them.

Not much if anything, If I were to go for anything it would be the breakfast though I appreciate that to cater for a lot of people and keeping it edible is difficult. Our room was quiet but I know a good friend who stayed had noisy neighbours till five in the morning. I know that is not your fault but it might be good to stipulated to each occupant that noise will not be tolerated after a certain time like they do on camp sites.
