Great location and excellent value for money. Beds were very comfortable and the place was warm on arrival. Everything we needed for a short stay was there and it made us laugh that there was literally only enough for two people. Two knives, forks etc. Collecting our key card was easy and the car park whilst nothing to do with the booking was nearby and reasonably cheap for 24 hours.

The shower leaked and it was clear that it had been doing it for some time as a number of skirting boards had evidence of water damage. A simple replacement of a rubber seal would fix this and stop me having to spend some time clearing up copious amounts of water from the bathroom floor after a relatively short shower. Other than that I have no complaints.

This apartment was so spacious I and my 10 month old baby were more than happy to spend 2 weeks enjoying it !I had initially read reviews saying the corridors smelt of weed and was reluctant to book having had no prior knowledge of the area or city but I went with my gut and it was fantastic ! There was no smell of weed whatsoever in the apartment building, corridors or even outside the premises like the front door. There was security in the evenings/nights which made us feel secure and safe. It was also quiet (we were on the 2nd floor) and there were an array of various nationality of guests staying and ages. The staff I encountered Andre and Eileen were just great and were so accommodating and available to answer my questions or provide me with things that I needed. The apartment was super clean, well maintained and looks like how it’s pictured. It also was furnished with kitchen utensils (vegetable peeler, pots and pans) there was also a washing machine and I was able to borrow a clothes horse/dryer from the staff which they have available for guests. There was even a dish sponge and washing up liquid which was great as I didn’t need to buy any. The fridge and freezer was humongous and very clean so o was more than happy to store our food in there. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

Better kitchen utensils - they were cheap plastic (Ikea budget range) and chipped Tea towels for the kitchen would be great High chair for baby would’ve been nice

We were met by a really friendly & helpful staff member who checked us in, helped sort our late check out payment, and brought us up an additional card key. Location of the apartment is great and is really spacious.

The pillows on the bed were really sparse. One each and I found one spare as flat as a pancake in the wardrobe that didn't make any difference when added underneath the one I had. A hairdryer would have been really helpful. And the lighting is really bad for trying to put makeup on, as there are no blinds in any of the windows, so the curtains need to be pulled 24/7

The flat was a good size and very comfortable for a week's stay for 4 persons. The location was excellent for Coventry city centre. The check-in process was painless and even though it is not 24 hour manned service, they were responsive and available for packages, queries and possible emergency.

There could have been more bath toiletries (body wash, soap, toilet roll) for 4 people for a week's stay. To be fair we didn't request more from housekeeping. A shower spray for the bathtub would also have been useful in the main bath. Some hooks for the bathrooms and starter kitchen roll perhaps.

The space! Close to city centre. 2 bedrooms. Equipment, everything you need to make your own food etc and wash clothes and dry them. Lots of cupboard space. Somewhere for everything. Great stairs and lift, friendly security. Good secure place with secure lift access.

The smell of cannabis as soon as you walked in the building and when you went on the balcony. The bath not having a shower curtain. The bath shower pipe being too long. The main bed being 3/4 width. Coffee hidden in the cupboard.

Room was lovely, staff very professional and helpful. A lovely stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

Perfect for the city centre, shops and supermarkets. Clean and comfortable with fridge, frezzer, cooker, oven and washing machine. Tv good size along with sofa and all apps on tv.

Had 2 single beds but just me staying. Could of done with something to help dry clothes like a clothes horse/maiden

It's the second time we stay here, for 2 weeks, and we will come back again next year so you can guess I like it. The position is great, and I like the apartments.

Last time I had a drier for washed cloths while this time I had not (but they immediately brought a hanger), the TV didn't work (but they changed it immediately) but to be fair this time I paid less... Also, when I arrived it was not perfectly clean, however I solved it quickly, and they come for cleaning once a week.
