The room was clean and comfortable. Looked a little "tired" but very functional. I wanted a clean room, comfortable bed, decent shower and toilet, tea/coffee facilities, a good television, safe car park facilities and that is exactly what I got. I wasn't expecting the "Ritz" and was more than happy with what was provided for me.

Nothing on the "dislike" list. My goals weren't set too high so no disappointments.

The bedroom was lovely. The carpet looked relatively new. The bed was on the firm side but cosy. We were on the 5th floor so we had a great view. Nice and quiet so sleeping was not an issue

There just needs to be a bit of attention to detail eg one of the curtains needed to be hooked back on to its loops and the nets could do with upgrading as they have little holes in them. Why are there no sockets near the beds to charge phones? There are plug socket you can use but they are near the tv Also the bath needs to be renewed as there is rust around the plug hole. (if it's not changed soon there could be a bigger problem when it starts leaking into the room below)

The room was immaculate, reception staff were helpful and polite.

Excellent value for money, all amenities in the room, excellent room condition, comfortable bed, TV, kettle, unsuited, would definitely go again. Parking available.

The room was clean and tidy, with clean linen and towels. The hotel fabric was a bit dated, and clearly used mostly by longer term "guests" - but i found the staff reasonably attentive and everything how i would expect it to be. It wasn't the Hilton, but it was alright for a couple of nights. Didn't attempt to find food or use the bar etc.

About 10 minutes away from a venue that my son was taking part in a JDC youth darts event to try and get a tour card

We had a long day and arrived about 7.15pm and food was not available. Had to go back out to get food.

Clean room nice bathroom comfortable bed

The amount of people that hang around the lift areas made me feel a little uneasy but once In the room I felt safe. A strong smell of cigarette smoke

The hotel has built a lodge at the back of the hotel and the rooms are new and it is a pleasure to be stay there

Staff are not friendly

Clean sheets, clean room, kettle and drinks paraphernalia. Sealed rooms after cleaning, fully covid compliant. Bernie the reception guy was awesome, really friendly.

Couple of stains on the wall from squished bugs, nothing major. Tables that were less than sturdy. Only an hour and a half, at a very early time, for breakfasts.
