Very lovely staff and the hotel is clean and very well kept. The rooms are spacious and very comfy beds. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very attentive too. Lovely facilities. The gym was nice

The steakhouse restaurant was more expensive than the cost of staying at the hotel for two of us. We just ordered two main dishes and a dessert.. we were offered water, bread and olives when we went in for which we had to pay for, and there was a high service charge added to the bill. Despite having advertised a 20% discount at the restaurant, it was not taken from the bill. I just realised this after we left the hotel. We also found that the jacuzzi was very foamy and had something in it that made our eyes burn after a few minutes, and the chlorine in the pool was quite high

Booked into the executive room for an extra night as we like the extras you get. Previous 2 nights everything replenished. On the extra night booked they didn’t make the room up until we said something When we arrived back at the room the housekeeping maid made us feel awkward because she had to stay over. We paid for the better experience so I expected the extras

The rooms are very large and comfortable, with decent supplies of tea, coffee and biscuits and useful things like an iron and ironing board. The hotel has good facilities with a bar, coffee area and restaurant, as well as a small facility selling the things you might have forgotten (shaving equipment etc). There's also a swimming pool and gym which I didn't have time to use on this occasion.

I think the restaurant still has room for improvement, both in terms of the quality of food and speed and attentiveness of service. This time, I asked why they were advising a 45-minute wait for food and as a result had my order put through more quickly. The fish and chips which I ordered this time, was considerably better than the steak I ordered on my last visit.

I think the rooms are excellent, big with comfortable beds and well equipped, including things such as ironing facilities, which are more rarely provided. I think breakfast offers a very good selection and the hot food is good, if not exceptional.

The restaurant has been taken back in house since my last visit. My impression is that this hasn't resolved the problems (the service is still badly organized and slow. The main problem seems to be that the kitchen can't cope with the number of orders. I think the quality of food has dropped. I suspect the menu contains too many different styles: grills, pasta, pizza, Indian, etc, and none is done particularly well. The steak I had was expensive and tough and wasn't really hot. The prices are high relative to the quality of food and service on offer.

We were attending an event nearby, so a perfect location. Friends travelling together and loved that we could have a double bed each in our twin room. Bedroom was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we unfortunately had children in the next room creating quite a commotion, however it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

That the staff in the spa area did not monitor the poor use of the pool or even attend poolside. We spoke to a man about dive bombing in the pool, we pointed out the signage and he made it clear he did not care … which sadly happened in front of children, so not a good example to them. On exiting we reported it to the desk staff, who frankly did not seem bothered either … probably because that would mean leaving their seats!

The evening meal in the restaurant was a disgrace ! There were only a couple of others in the restaurant ay 6.55pm when I entered for my meal. It was well over 45 minutes before my meal arrived. Parts of my lamb were inedible gristle. The wait for my dessert was even longer. The trifle had 4 long, hard biscuits in it (in a wine glass). They were impossible to cut with a spoon and when I tried , it slid & pushed the custard & cream over the side of my glass. Where was the soft sponge ? I didn't finish my meal until 9pm. I felt sorry for the servers as they were very apologetic. They had tried & failed to get things moving. All the other customers were also disappointed/annoyed/angry/fed up. The whole evening was a mockery and it spoilt my stay at your hotel. The name

Emme at check in was excellent. Very friendly and professional. The room was excellent - the suite had lots of space & on the whole was clean. The breakfast offered a great selection, there was a wide availability of tables and the staff were pleasant. Good location with electric charging available.

As with many 3 hotels of this size the evening bar service lets down the overall service. There was only one member of staff for the first 5 minutes we waited. The bar top wasn't clean,, which while I know is minor gives an overall indication of standards. The tables in the cafe/bar area were also left with dirty plates for a while. They were eventually cleaned but not wiped! Again it's just lacks attention to detail.

Overall very good. A mainly family hotel but also suitable for adults. Reasonably good choice of food. The late opening of the restaurant is a great idea. Attentive and friendly staff. Clean location. Lots to do. Only a 20 min drive to Lindos. Shower available if no late checkout available but you need to book it. Very handy. Good selection of pools.

The glasses for drinks (juice) should be taller. No real healthy cereal choice but plenty of other choices. Small Gym and looking tired and didn’t open until 10am. Too late then. Lots of people like to use a gym early so it doesn’t interrupt their holiday time. A good gym should attract more clients, although I suspect they are always fully booked anyway. Luggage room wasn’t secure. A simple mechanical or digital number lock would be better than nothing. Lack of parking for hire cars. Watch out for parking tickets.

Breakfast was good, but limited choices due to having coeliac (gluten free options required) there was a table for gluten free bread and cornflakes, but the bread section was empty mentioned it to a staff member, who were chasing their tail to be fair, but was still empty when it came to selecting my full English, so had to settle for just eggs, bacon, tomato and beans. Nice to have the option of gluten free beer behind the bar, Evening meal was good and arrived promptly, Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Getting served at the bar was a bit of a chore, again staff chasing their tails, would have been nice if draft cider was an option.

Midnight room service was a god send (had to order downstairs at that time) the triumph bar is great, the order seating is lovely. The pizza we ordered was pretty decent. The overall ambiance of the place is pretty nice. Some of the guests it attracts are pretty rough around the edges though

The shower isn’t great and the Tv was small and awkwardly placed on the dressing table. Also we had a generator outside our bedroom window which was making noises all night so we had to close the window despite it being partially hot that evening. The room was pretty basic for £150 per night
