Very lovely staff and the hotel is clean and very well kept. The rooms are spacious and very comfy beds. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very attentive too. Lovely facilities. The gym was nice

The steakhouse restaurant was more expensive than the cost of staying at the hotel for two of us. We just ordered two main dishes and a dessert.. we were offered water, bread and olives when we went in for which we had to pay for, and there was a high service charge added to the bill. Despite having advertised a 20% discount at the restaurant, it was not taken from the bill. I just realised this after we left the hotel. We also found that the jacuzzi was very foamy and had something in it that made our eyes burn after a few minutes, and the chlorine in the pool was quite high

Booked into the executive room for an extra night as we like the extras you get. Previous 2 nights everything replenished. On the extra night booked they didn’t make the room up until we said something When we arrived back at the room the housekeeping maid made us feel awkward because she had to stay over. We paid for the better experience so I expected the extras

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was fantastic – easy to access and close to everything we needed. The rooms were impressively spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. The leisure facilities were excellent, especially the pool, which kept my daughter entertained and happy throughout our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast room is rather small for the number of guests! Very crowded!

The staff are excellent x couldn't do enough for us . Reception staff exceeded expectations. All other staff helpful and engaging. The room was huge . Shower was amazing. Lovely and clean . Big bed . We had an issue with breakfasts and they compensated us which was very much appreciated 👏 Generally a lovely ( huge) ,clean and welcoming hotel . I would stay again ( but not bother with room service )

The toilet constantly ran water through it. Quite loud even with door shut. Only 1 armchair. Could do with 2 and definitely had room for it. There was a desk /vanity chair but not comfortable . Was hard to relax and we were there for 3 days . Breakfast was ok in restaurant. But room service terrible . Twice order not taken or delivered . And when rectified was cold .

Check-in and check-out were online and very easy. The rooms were spacious, and the breakfast was good.

We had two rooms. In one of them, the toilet was leaking and noisy, but closing the toilet door helped block the sound. The bathroom was clean, but not up to the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. The swimming pool must be pre-booked, and guests are only allowed to use it for 1 hour a day, which was disappointing. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where you have to pre-book the swimming pool, and there are also separate “children’s hours.” This is surprising given that the pool isn’t deep at all.

Generally clean hotel Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Terribly crowded and staff coped well and responded quickly to requests.

Trying to book directly through hotel should have been better but found that Booking.com came up with a better deal. There was an element of dynamic pricing when trying to book directly. Shower had hair and was not very convenient to use having to be right up to the taps. Would have been better to have had a hand held shower. Bathroom light was so far that one had to difficulty locating the switch in the dark Everything was so far and not well signposted,especially the pool from inside the hotel.

The hotel has very nice vibes with calm music in the background everywhere in the communal area. Very polite and friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant and bar. A nice touch (if you take "superior" room) was a few vouchers for spending in restaurants or bars and free coffee. Very clean and actually newly refurbished room and bathroom. Very good soundproofing as we couldn't hear anything around - quiet rooms. At the restaurant there are good portions of dishes with reasonable prices (including -10% vouchers)

Hmm... Small suggestions: 1. At the swimming pool is the policy that on weekends after 6pm no children but nobody respects that (neither guests with rude children or staff). When we were there two mums (botox queens) with few noisy kids stay until 7 and no one can use the swimming pool... 2. In the bathroom there was a shower but personally for me, missing the hose - the shower is firmly attached to the wall. It's not very convenient to use it. 3. The bed was very comfy but there were only two small pillows. It would be nice to have some spare ones in the room..

Easy access location with ample free parking. Spacious room, comfortable bed with plenty of cushions. Abundant breakfast served until 11am. Friendly personnel, especially the young blonde lady at the reception (sorry, we forgot the name!). Gym well-equipped for different workouts. Overall, very good value for money.

We know this is British style but... wall-to-wall carpets everywhere gives the place a gloomy look and stuffy air. Plus, there is no AC in the room and you cannot open the window more than an inch. Fortunately, during our early August visit the weather was not particularly warm (typical British summer) so we could manage by opening the window as much as was possible. But I'm afraid I could not recommend this hotel for warm summer days.

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Hinckley for a wedding and had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, even with lots of guests arriving at the same time for the wedding.

Our room was spacious, clean, and really comfortable – perfect for getting ready and relaxing after the celebrations. The bed was super cosy, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the room. The wedding itself was beautifully organised. The venue was elegant and well laid out, with everything flowing seamlessly from the ceremony to the reception. The food was good – fresh, hot, and served quickly considering the size of the event. The staff working the wedding were attentive and professional all evening.

Room was great, as expected. Staff very friendly.

Breakfast was very low on supplies, I appreciate it can be very busy but many of the trays were empty when we went down and it wasn’t near the end of service. Also the bar closed (about 5) and we were directed to another bar that wasn’t serving draft beer - why couldn’t they use the draft from the bar they just closed - not great customer service. Also we were told the evening bar would close at 12.30 and last orders were called although the advertised time was later. We had been to a wedding and many customers wanted an extra drink! Again why advertise a time and not stick to it - the bar was quite busy!
